Marc Boehm (pronounced BAME) was hired in May of 2003 to serve as Nebraska's Executive Associate Athletic Director. Boehm is the top assistant to the athletic director and fulfills the director's responsibilities in his absence. Both teams have seen growing numbers at the turnstiles under Boehm, as the teams have combined for three postseason appearances in the past two seasons.
