www.kr-gora.si Kranjska Gora is a summer and winter tourist resort in the northwestern part of Slovenia. With its southern part, it reaches the Triglav National Park. The mighty peaks of the Julian Alps, the forests stretched from Mojstrana to Rateče, and the ski slopes between them are an invitation to hikers, alpinists, cyclists, and skiers. The main trump card of Kranjska Gora are the ski slopes. These are stretched along the slopes of Vitranc, past Podkoren, and Planica. They are intertwined with thirteen surface lifts and six chairlifts. Most of the ski slopes, 85 ha in total, are covered with artificial snow. On then, you will find beginners, as well as experienced skiers.
