“Technical Visit to HAECO at Chek Lap Kok”

Programme Highlight We, CIBSE YEN, are pleased to present a technical visit to HAECO, Chek Lap Kok. The tour will focus on energy efficiency & conservation initiatives by HAECO, such as radiant cooling ceiling system for office areas, LED high bay lights for hanger areas, renewable energy (solar) applications, electric desiccant dehumidifier applications, air-conditioning system with automatic tube cleaning, etc. Participant can also learn about dedicated E&M installation for aircraft hanger area.

Rundown for the Visit 09:00-09:05 Assembly at junction of Somerset Road & Kent Road near Kowloon Tong MTR 09:05-09:50 Travel to HAECO at Chek Lap Kok 09:50-10:00 Security check for issuing entry permit at HAECO main entry 10:00-12:30 Visit HAECO on energy efficiency and conservation initiatives 12:15-13:30 Travel to Kowloon Tong MTR Station

Registration & Enquiry Please register ONLINE via the website of CIBSE Hong Kong Branch – www.cibse.org.hk (Note: All members have to fill in the membership number for verification. The organizers reserve the right to decline their application if no membership no. is submitted.)

The visit is free of charge and application will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis (CIBSE member will enjoy a higher priority). The maximum number of participants is 20. The deadline of application is 14 July 2018. Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail or phone, and the successful applicant list will be posted on the institution website www.cibse.org.hk . Note: successful applicant have to provide HKID no. for security pre-registration of entry permit to HAECO.
