Compulsory Testing Notice Restricted Areas / Specified Premises Notes Compulsory Testing Notice Restricted Areas / Specified Premises Notes: For most updated information, please also refer to daily press releases. • Restricted areas: Subject to the epidemic development and the need for infection control, the Government will delineate restricted areas and make a "restriction-testing declaration". Persons within the areas are required to stay in their premises and undergo compulsory testing in accordance with the arrangement by the Government, and can only leave after the relevant test results are mostly ascertained. All premises within the restricted areas, whether or not confirmed cases were found therein, would be included in the compulsory testing notice. Any person who had been present in the restricted area for more than two hours in the past 14 days (including but not limited to visitors, residents and workers) have to also undergo compulsory testing. • Specified Premises: In all districts in Hong Kong, if one or more new confirmed cases are found in the residential buildings (including buildings for both commercial and residential uses), or there are sewage samples tested positive which implied possible infection risks, the buildings will be included in the compulsory testing notice. Moreover, if one or more confirmed cases are found in a workplace, it will be included in the compulsory testing notice. Annex 1 24 September 2021 Details of Compulsory Testing Notice A. Places visited by the non-locally confirmed case 1. Any person who had been present at Block 1, Grand Garden, 61 South Bay Road, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong for more than two hours at any time during the period from 20 August to 24 September, 2021 (including but not limited to residents, visitors and workers), has to undergo testing by 26 September, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between 22 September and 24 September, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice. B. Others (Persons who have completed a COVID-19 vaccination course1 would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notices) 1. Any person who had been present at any of the below specified premises for more than two hours at any time during the period from 11 September to 24 September, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by 26 September, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing choose to undergo testing using the specimen bottles distributed by the Centre for Health Protection, they have to return the specimen bottles with the sample by 28 September, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between 22 September and 24 September, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice. For both the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completion of the vaccination course in general means having received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before 12 September, 2021. For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they may be deemed to have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course after receiving one dose of Comirnaty vaccine or one dose of CoronaVac vaccine at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before 12 September, 2021. For persons who received COVID-19 vaccines in places outside of Hong Kong and have received the recommended dose(s) as stipulated in relevant guidelines at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received all of the recommended dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine on or before 12 September, 2021, they will also be regarded to have completed the vaccination course of the relevant COVID-19 vaccine, subject to the vaccine used being included on the list of vaccines recognised for this purpose as published on the Government’s COVID-19 thematic website (www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/list_of_recognised_covid19_vaccines.pdf). KTE will commence passenger service on 23 October 20161. It is approximately 2.6-kilometre long, extending the existing Kwun Tong Line from Yau Ma Tei Station to the new Ho Man Tin Station and Whampoa Station (“KTE stations”). Ho Man Tin Station will be an interchange station connecting Kwun Tong Line and the future Shatin to Central Link. Fares of KTE 3. In accordance with the Operating Agreement signed between the Government and the MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”), MTRCL shall brief the Legislative Council Panel on Transport and the Transport Advisory Committee on fares of new railway extensions. 4. BACKGROUND 2. HKWP is located at the northern part of Tin Shui Wai. It comprises a 10 000m2 Visitor Centre and a 60-hectare Wetland Reserve. The Visitor Centre has themed exhibition galleries, a theatre, a souvenir shop, a cafeteria and an indoor play area. The themed exhibition galleries showcase the importance of wetland on biodiversity, civilisation and conservation. HKWP has attracted over 7.2 million visitors as at March 2021 since its opening in 2006. It is a world-class eco-tourism attraction and has obtained various architectural and landscaping awards from local and overseas professional groups. HKWP is also an important wetland ecological education and green tourism facility in the territory. A total of 8 000 educational and promotional activities were held in 2019. 3. Located next to the Mai Po Inner Deep Bay Ramsar Site and being a member of the Wetland Links International (Asia), HKWP presents a beautiful wetland landscape, which is home to more than 270 species of birds, 58 species of dragonflies, 10 species of amphibians, 33 species of reptiles, 18 species of crabs, 27 species of fishes and 181 species of butterflies.

    Location and Physiography This report describesthe onshoregeology of the areacovered by Sheet9-NE-C/D (Chek Lap Kok). The description of the geology relatesto the period before the commencementof major excavationsfor the new airport in late 1991. The areais part of that currentlybeing developedfor a new internationalairport for Hong Kong, to replacethe current airport at Kai Tak in Kowloon Bay. The onshorearea (Figure 1) comprisesthe island ofChek Lap Kok, which lies about300 m north of the Lantaucoast at Tung Chung Wan. Lantauis the largestisland in the Territory andis situatedto the west of Hong Kong Island. Chek Lap Kok (Plate 1) is about4 km long and 1.5 km wide at its widest point, extendingnorthnortheast from Tung Chung Wan. The land areais approximately2.8 sq km. The highestpoint on the island is Fu Tau Shan(Tigers Head Hill) rising to 121m. Southof Fu Tau Shanthe land drops sharplyto the seaat Fu Tei Wan (Tiger Bay), while to the north the land drops steadilyto the coastat CheungSha Lan. The east- ern side of the island is dominatedby a ridge line of hills rising in places to over 100 m, and falling steeplyto the coastalong the easternseaboard. The southernend of the island forms a small peninsula, rising to lessthan 80 mPD. A finger-like peninsulaextends northnortheast, creating a shallowbay, ShamWan (DeepBay), to the east. Sham Wan lies at the mouth of a large valley, with flat land and extensiveagricultural development. Fu Tei Wan lies south of this valley, and forms a less extensive alluvial tract with some agricultural development. In 1982,a test embankmentfor the proposedreplacement airport was constructedoffshore to the west of the island (cover plate).
