Hey, all! I’d been trying and trying to think of a SessKag fiction to do, and when I teamed up with my friend, Amaya (BlackVampire14), we came up with this. All the chapters will be written in a fashion where neither of us did huge chunks, so no one chapter will be done by one of us. Enjoy! This fiction is in an AU. Disclaimer: We don’t own InuYasha, or any of its characters. They all belong to Rumiko Takahashi-sama. WARNING(S): Fluff, mild language, and slight OOC-ness. [PAIRING(S)]: {SessKag} {SanMir} {InuyashaXKikyou} -- Don’t like it? DONT READ IT. Me, Myself, and You By: Rikotsu-sama and BlackVampire14 o0 Chapter 1 - First Day 0o "But mom!" Kagome whined, stomping her foot. "How the heck am I going to find where my classes are with no one to show me?" Kagome, her mom, her little brother, and her grandfather had just moved to Tokyo a few days ago. Enrolled in a new school in a new city where you know no one was really weighing on Kagome. Its hard enough being the new girl in school, let alone the new girl during the last semester of the school year. "Well make friends and have them show you around dear" Her mother said with her back to Kagome while cooking breakfast. "But, Mom! Ugh. Fine. Be that way, Mom. I'll eat on my way to school." Ka- gome grabbed a piece of slightly burnt toast out of the old toaster and ran out the door, her new shoes already on and onyx shoulder bag over her shoulder. Kagome’s mom sighed deeply, "That girl just doesn't get how hard this is for all of us. Souta, hurry up or you'll be late for your first day." She said, shoo- ing Souta, Kagome’s little brother, out the door. o.O.At School.O.o Kagome glanced around in wonderment at the sheer size of her new high school. South Tokyo High was the best high school in her neighborhood, and in all of Tokyo for that matter. Just as she looked down at the large double doors to the school, a brunette girl walked past her, giving her a strange look. Wait... was that Sango from elementary school? The supposed Sango did a double take then stopped. She stared for a bit then ran up to Kagome. "O.M.G.! Are you Kagome Higurashi?! It's me, Sango! I can't believe you're here! When did you get here? How have you been? Where did you go in the first place? I've missed you so much! I'm so glad you're here!" As Kagome was bombarded with questions, she tried to comprehend the fact that now, she already had a friend to show her around. "Um... Yes I'm Ka- gome, I got here last wednesday, I've been good, and I've been living in Osaka for the past six years. It's nice to see you again too, Sango!" Kagome answered, smiling brightly and hugging her long-lost friend. "So, how've you been, Sango?" "I've been wonderful Kagome! So this is your first day, huh? Come on I'll show you around and introduce you to some of my friends!" Kagome was then dragged by the wrist by her old/new friend. "That's great, thank you, Sango! I was in need of some guidance anyway." Kagome smiled once more. Maybe today wasn't going to be so bad after all. Sango led her through massive stretched out corridors, naming all of the classes till she finally reached the end of the last hallway. They walked to the outside till they reached a tree with two boys sitting under it. "My god this school is huge!" Kagome exclaimed as Sango pulled them both to a stop in front of the boys. One with hip-length silver hair, and one with freshly cut black locks. She waited for Sango to introduce them. "Okay guys this is Kagome Higurashi, my friend from elementary school, and she's new. So be nice to her okay?" Sango introduced, smiling at the boys. "Why should we be nice to a girl we know nothing about?" The boy with the silver hair pointed out rudely. "Because I said so, and if you don't, I will make you pay," She growled men- acingly. "Okay?" She finished cheerfully, smiling sweetly like her other side had never come out. "Y-yes, Sango." "So that one with the ugly silver hair is Inuyasha, and he's got a bad temper. The one with the black hair is Miroku. Watch out for him: he's a lecherous boy.” "Don't mind Sango, M'lady," Miroku laughed, getting up and kneeling in front of Kagome on one knee. "I'm really not that bad." "Heh," Kagome chuckled, "Alright." She smiled down at him, still suspicious of him because of what Sango had told her. "Now, will you have my children, Kagome?" Miroku asked, standing up and holding her hands in his romantically. "Eh?!" Kagome squeaked as her eyes widened and her body stiffened. Sango quickly stormed in between them and brought out her special port- able bat which has Miroku's name on it at a regular basis. "YOU LETCH!!!!!" She started hitting the boy... hard. "I'm sorry, Sango, my love! It's just in my genes, but you are my true love." Kagome just stared at the pair in confusion when a voice came from just to her right, "Don't worry, this is normal for them." Surprised, Kagome turned to see it was Inuyasha who had spoken. She hadn't even noticed that he had risen from his seat in front of the tree. "Really?" She asked, unsure. "This doesn't really seem to be something normal; Sango seems pretty angry." "Don't worry about it," Inuyasha continued, "It'll all blow over in 3...2...1." Sango sighed in annoyance. "Come on, Kagome. Let's go get your schedule and I'll show you to your classes! Bye Inuyasha, Miroku! See you guys in homeroom!" They walked away towards the school office. o.O.In the Office.O.o "I'm here to get Kagome Higurashi's Schedule" Sango said to the office clerk. The Clerk rummaged through her files. "Here you are, Sango." She handed Sango the schedule which Sango thoroughly scanned and popped back out exclaiming, "We have four classes together!" "Awesome!" Kagome replied happily, taking the piece of paper from Sango's out-stretched hand. "Okay, which ones?" "We have homeroom, Science 2nd, you have Art, then we get lunch, After we have 4th as English, Then last we have P.E. for 5th! Fantastic!" She smiled up at her friend. "Sweet! So, homeroom is first. With... Ms.Takaya. Where's that?" Kagome asked, looking between her schedule and Sango. "Homeroom is on the second floor. Let's go so we're not late. We have that class with Inuyasha and Miroku; just don't sit in front of Miroku." She ad- vised, dragging Kagome again through the massive school. "Why?" Kagome wondered aloud, following Sango up the stairs and down the hall to their left. As they entered the classroom, Kagome got a couple of inquisitive looks, but no one said anything. "Don't worry they are just wondering who you are and why you are here. Well there are our seats. Oh, good! We beat the boys here. Okay sit in the desk right here so you're next to me.” "O-okay." Kagome felt awkward because of all the strange looks she was re- ceiving. She still wondered why she wasn't to sit by Miroku. A minute or two later, both Inuyasha and Miroku moseyed on in from the hall just as the bell run, signaling the start of homeroom. The boys took their seats nearby as a middle-aged woman walked to the front of the classroom where her desk was located and set a small stack of papers and notebooks down. Kagome assumed that she was Ms.Takaya. "Good morning, Class. Today we have a new student. Please rise." Ms. Takaya announced, looking at Kagome and just as she did, everyone looked at Kagome. 'Oh great!' Kagome thought, 'Even more attention!' She was slow to rise to her feet. "Please state your name and some interests you have. Where you moved from and why would be nice to know as well," Ms. Takaya stated in a very creepy tone. "Um... My name is Kagome Higurashi, and I just moved her from Osaka be- cause my Mom got transfered. I, um... I like to play volleyball, I love to paint and my favorite school subject is history." Kagome spoke quickly and quietly, swiftly sitting back down afterwards. She hoped she wouldn't be forced to say anymore. "Thank you. Now Class, I want you to welcome Higurashi-san nicely." o.O.Second Period Science.O.o Sango lead her to her Science classroom on the first floor during the short, four minute passing period. They quickly took their seats in the middle of the classroom. Kagome dearly hoped that their next teacher, Mr.Fumizuki, would not force her to introduce herself, but, Kagome being Kagome, she was not that lucky. "Now, Class, before we begin we have a new student to introduce. Why don't you come up here, Young Lady." He asked in a drawling voice. Kagome briskly walked up to the front of the room.
