Constructed on a man- made island facing the sea, the onset of the tide gives it the appearance of floating on the surface of the water. It also draws on its surroundings for inspiration; its minarets are similar in design to a lighthouse, while giant arches, located on each side of the building, are decorated with stained glass in various shades of sea blue and green that reflect light beautifully, especially during sunrise and sunset.
