There is a significant trend by education in women (P<0.0001) but not in men (p=0.9542); in younger (p=0.0019) and older (p=<0.0001); in urban (p=0.0092) and rural (p=0.0387); and LIC (p=0.0003) There are significant interactions of sex X education (p<0.001); age X education (p<0.0046); economic status of countries X education (p<0.0001) but not in urban/rural location X education (p=0.4342).
