Additional Specs, Equipment and Information: Dimensions LOA: 28.42 feet LWL: 24.75 feet Beam: 9.42 feet Displacement: 6700 pound Ballast: 2700 pound Cruising Speed: 6 knots Max Speed: 6.5 knots General Description On deck a large cockpit and wheel steering provides ample room for crew and fold out table for eating outside on warm days, but protected with a dodger when the weather turns, which can also fold down for racing. All lines lead back to the cockpit, which is great for single-handing. At 29 feet she is also very easy to maneuver in the marina. Under power, a super reliable fresh water-cooled Yanmar Diesel moves her easily through the water. For sailing, she is setup with newer main and roller furling 130% Genoa, but also comes with a cruising spinnaker, 120% genoa, a 100% jib and a storm jib. She strikes a great balance of simplicity and performance - simple to sail but has enough controls for those who like tweaking. All lines lead to the cockpit for easy solo sailing. She also has many amenities for extended cruising that you don't often get on a boat of this size. Down below is well lit with 2 big side windows, forward hatch and 3 portlights, the headroom is standing through out and sleeps 5-6 people in V berth, side berths and port quarter berth. She has a galley with sink, hot and cold water, propane stove, icebox, and plenty of storage areas. Forward, she has a full head, locker and comfortable v-berth. The main salon has a drop down table which folds away to make room for a fold out double to port and single to starboard. At last survey in 2012, her estimated value was $26,000. She has been well cared for with regular maintenance.
