In this paper we summarise the results of the mini-course. We recorded 330 vascular plant taxa with dom- inance of native over alien plants. Eleven recorded taxa (Bromus commutatus subsp. commutatus, Butomus umbellatus, Chenopodium murale, Colutea arborescens, Crepis pulchra, Erysimum dif- fusum, Kickxia elatine subsp. elatine, Lythrum hyssopifolia, Polycarpon tetraphyllum, Solanum villosum, Torilis arvensis subsp. arvensis) are included in the Red list and one (Crepis pulchra) is protected by law in the Slovak Republic. Oenothera lindheimeri and Salix matsudana are new neophytes escaped from cultivation in the flora of Slovakia. Some other interesting findings, such as Centaurea stoebe subsp. australis, Consolida ajacis, Cotoneaster horizontalis, Crepis pulchra, Euphorbia lathyris, Polycarpon tetraphyllum, Solanum villosum, and Yucca flaccida are also com- mented in more detail.
