Green office buildings' market is growing, boosting DeLclima’s performance A bunch of new projects worth 2 million highlight DeLclima’s excellent performance in the booming green building market.

Treviso, September 2015: Growing investment in low energy green office buildings, both in mature as well as in developing markets, drives the demand for high efficiency HVAC systems, creating ideal conditions for DeLclima’s further growth. Four recent projects, all of them equipped with DeLclima’s smart heat pumps in combination with high efficiency , showcase how advanced the company’s technology for this segment is.

The new 205m high Piedmont Region Tower in Turin, designed by Massimiliano Fuksas is to become the tallest building in Italy, will host about 2000 employees of the Regional administration and will be the core of a massive city center redevelopment. The tower is equipped with innovative energy-saving technologies, in compliance with the highest environmental standards, including a leading-edge DeLclima HVAC system based on 4 water cooled chillers and 4 Integra heat pumps supplied by Climaveneta, providing heating, cooling and sanitary hot water all year round with optimum efficiency.

A similar approach also characterizes the innovative design of the new BNL Headquarters in Rome. Conceived by 5+1AA Alfonso Femia Gianluca Peluffo, the 67,000 sqm premium office building will provide 3800 workstations and facilities for the employees. To satisfy the sustainable heating and cooling needs of the building, the HVAC designer has selected 5 DeLclima INTEGRA multiuse units, 4 of which equipped with a patent pending +2P MODULE producing hot water at very high temperatures, up to 80°C, and 1 Super Low noise, efficiency class A .

Together with these additions to Rome’s and Turin’s skylines, DeLclima will also contribute to making Paris more sustainable, delivering a high efficiency, and chiller based HVAC system in Immeuble de bureaux Zac Bédier Ilot Est, a 6,600 sqm office building under BREAM certification currently under construction in the Porte d’Ivry district.

Finally, looking beyond Europe’s historical capitals, DeLclima boosts an outstanding office building project delivered in the last quarter: the Botswana Innovation Hub. This centre of excellence in Sub Saharan Africa is designed to save energy and be as efficient as possible and is equipped with an air conditioning system based on 3 multipurpose heat pumps and 1 high efficiency air cooled chiller by DeLclima.

Carlo Grossi says: “DeLclima companies, and in particular Climaveneta, were forerunners in low carbon, high efficiency HVAC systems. This has enabled us to develop dedicated technologies for
