The Auctioneers decision shall, in all cases, be final. 2: The amount of each bid to be determined by the Auctioneer. 3: All Lots to be paid for at the close of Sale, and shall be at the risk of the purchaser the moment they are sold. 4: The vendors and Auctioneers have described the sheep to the best of their knowledge, and any express or implied condition, warranty or representation, statutory or otherwise, whether as to the capabilities of the sheep for stock purposes or otherwise, however, is hereby excluded. 5: To avoid mistakes, no sheep, on any account, are to be taken away or removed without a receipt of payment or order for delivery from the auctioneers being produced to the gate attendant. 6: Upon failure to comply with these conditions, the stock shall be re-sold by public auction or private sale, as the auctioneer sees fit, and the deficiency, if any, together with all charges of attending the re-sale, shall be made good by the defaulter, who shall have no claim to any surplus that may arise. 7: In the case of private sales of any sheep entered and brought to the sale, the vendor shall pay the commission. 8: WARRANTY AS TO RAMS: If a ram is found not to be fertile, the vendor must provide a substitute for the season, if required to do so by the purchaser, provided the ram or ram lamb cost 100gns or over. 9: WARRANTY AS TO BREEDING EWES: a) All ewes are sold as right in udder and fit to breed, unless otherwise stated. (b) The vendor shall correctly describe the teeth of each lot of ewes. (c) Unless otherwise stated, all ewes are warranted not to be in lamb. In any case where ewes fail to comply with a and/or b above, notification must be made in writing to the auctioneers within 7 days of sale, after which no complaints will be entertained.
