11 The Connection Café is a welcoming place for people with memory concerns to meet in a social setting and to connect with others in the community with the same concerns. This program is designed for both Care partners and loved ones to engage in activities together, such as word games, trivia, and entertainment. Refreshments will be provided. Dementia Care staff will be available to assist in fostering new friendships in a safe and supportive environment.
