■ Cooperation for the Junior International Exchange Tournament hosted by the Hong Kong Academy of Ice Hockey and Sapporo Ice Hockey Federation in 2018 ■ In 2019, SGSC supported the management of the tournament as the Asian Regional Ice Hockey League, that South Korea participated in. ■ Coordination for the tournament with the Hong Kong team and implementation of Familiarization Trip in Sapporo City

■ Held the Sapporo/Hokkaido PR booth at Japan House during the PyeongChang Olympic ■Implemented the lunch reception at the Smart Cities & Sports Summit 2019, which aims to share information on utilizing Olympic legacy, sustainability, and urban development using sports. ■ By carrying out an additional Sapporo trip (City tour) for Olympic officials, International Sports Federations and local governments, the legacy as an Olympic-hosting City and the appeal of Sapporo were disseminated around Japan and overseas. Sports event volunteers

Smile Supporters We support the management of sports events mainly in Sapporo and Hokkaido, and support volunteer activities rooted in the community. After registering as a sports volunteer, Smile Supporters, we request volunteers at sports events to conduct support activities such as water-supplying for marathon runners, guiding athletes and spectators, and assisting in multilingual conversations.

■ Number of registered volunteers: 1,133 (as of Feb. 2020) ■ Held 31 event activities and workshops (four times per year), with a total of over 950 participants. (Results for FY2018) ■ In order to increase the number of young volunteers , dissemination and enlightenment activities aimed at students, mainly universities in Sapporo ■ Publishing a monthly newsletter, With Smile, to disseminate information on athletes and sports
