On November 20, 2018, Applicant revoked the appointment of its previous attorneys in this proceeding and instead appointed Sergiy M. Sivochek as its new attorney. The newly appointed attorney now wishes to supplement the record made by his predecessor. Specifically, the newly appointed attorney wants to introduce the following evidence that bears on the issue of likelihood of confusion that is the basis for the Examining Attorney’s refusal to register the trademark subject to this proceeding:
