Missal’s are $5.00 each. St. Margaret’s Tree of Remembrance Parishioners wishing to have a Light/ Ornament placed on the “ Tree of Remembrance” in memory of a loved one are asked to place the names of their loved ones in the booklet that can be found in the entrance of the Church. A donation box has been placed with the booklet and a donation of $2.00 or a donation of one’s choice is asked of the donor. The tree lighting will take place at the Mass on December 21st , the 4th Sunday of Advent. The names of your loved ones being remembered will be posted and placed in the bulletin at a later date. St. Andrew’s Christmas Memory Tree If you would like to add your loved ones name to the Memory Tree, please contact Helen Land at 773-9787 or Betty Ann Eastwood at 773-7695. Memorable Cards are $5.00 each. The Names will be read at the Christmas Eve Mass. St. Michael’s Basilica The new Readers schedule is in the Vestry. Poinsettia Tree If there is anyone who does not have envelopes and would like to put a loved ones name in for the Poinsettia Tree, you are welcome to do so. Just use an envelope, write their name on it. The suggested donation is $15.00 and can be put in with the collection. RCIA: We have begun our sessions with the catechumen. We are requesting prayers for the young man and for the team of all the parishioners of all churches in our parish of St. Michael the Archangel. OFFERTORY COUNTERS NEEDED FOR ST. Would you or somebody you know like to learn more about our Catholic faith? St. Michael the Archangel Parish has a team - and we can always use more members - of parishioners who will be offering the RCIA program. Although the program is meant for those who are exploring the possibility of becoming Catholic, it offers everybody the opportunity to learn what the Church actually teaches on questions such as Who or what is God? What is faith? What are the sacraments of the Church, and what are they about? The Blessed Virgin Mary and the Saints, what about them? If you think yourself and/or somebody else could benefit from this experience, come along and invite them too; call the office @ 778-5150 to give your contact information so you can be notified of the time and place these gatherings will be held Regional News St. Mary’s Prayer Shawl Ministry gathers each Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s in room 120. If you like to knit or crochet please consider joining as new members are always welcome! Cursillo Weekend 2020– Is this for you? It’s a three day weekend where participants share a profound experience of Christian Life. The weekend starts on a Thursday and ends Sunday afternoon.
