Rooms at dormitories are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the receipt of the dorm “Application and Contract”. We recommend you to complete the application form as soon as possible. Since rooms are limited at each dormitory, we cannot guarantee the room reservation if you send the application form after the deadline.
