Københavns Befæstning Rester i Gentofte Kommune . lturarv samt Skov- og Naturstyrelsen Kort over Københavns befæstning. Stillet til rådighed af Realdania, Ku Forord Dette lille skrift foregiver ikke at være en historisk eller militærteknisk frem- stilling. Skriftet tilsigter alene at beskrive fæstningsresterne som supplement til oplysningerne i ”Gentofte - atlas over bygninger og bymiljøer, 2004”. De her omhandlede fæstningsværker var en del af et meget stort system, som fra Avedøre strakte sig nordpå uden om Utterslev Mose, syd om Furesøen til Taarbæk og derfra over talrige sø- og kystbatterier sydpå til Kongelunden. På omslagets inderside findes et oversigtskort. Bag i hæftet er der en ordliste, en litteraturhenvisning samt et kort over Gentofte Kommune med angivelse af de forskellige fæstningsanlæg. Uden bistand fra Gentofte Kommune, Birgitte og Morten Falmer-Nielsen og hjælpsomme borgere ville arbejdet næppe have været muligt. Venlig kritik fra orlogskaptajn Peter Thorning Christensen og arkitekt (MAA) Ole Thun har været yderst værdifuld. Til sidst beder jeg læserne bemærke, at hovedparten af anlæggene befinder sig på privat område, hvor de ikke uden videre kan beses. Hellerup, januar 2007. Frederik Teisen. Den del af fæstningen, der omhandles her, er opført i perioden 1886-1894, og suppleret med anlæg bygget omkring udbruddet af 1. Verdenskrig (1914-18). Hovedelementet i Landbefæstningens nordøstlige strækning var en kunstig – aldrig afprøvet - oversvømmelse, der med vand fra Furesøen strakte sig fra Ermelunden over Galopbanen til Klampenborg, hvor jernbanen og Strandvejen dannede spærredæmning mod Øresund. Oversvømmelsen beskyttedes i Gentofte Kommune af en række betonstillinger og voldanlæg, som beskrives i afsnit 1 Hvidørevej - Garderhøj Fort. I afsnit 2 omtales øvrige anlæg og spærre- dæmninger. -

NY CARLSBERG GLYPTOTEK MUSEUM World-famous Art Museum in Copenhagen boosts comfort performance with Case Study Honeywell Forge Digitized Maintenance* *Formerly Outcome Based Service (OBS) The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek museum in Copenhagen houses over 10,000 works of art, primarily divided between ancient antiquities and Danish and French sculpture as well as painting from the 19th century, including works by Auguste Rodin, Toulouse-Lautrec, Manet, Monet, Renoir, Cezanne and Gauguin. BACKGROUND First opened to the public in 1897, the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek added two other wings in 1906 and 1996, connected by a domed Winter Garden. The museum is a cultural magnet, with music concerts, poetry readings, lectures and debates regularly taking place in its auditorium and the surrounding halls and galleries. PROJECT OVERVIEW With its core buildings constructed over a 100-year period starting in the 19th century, the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek wanted to take advantage of advanced technology and actionable insights to improve energy efficiency and to enhance the experience of staff and visitors. Creating the right environment was key to ensuring the performance of the museum and the preservation of its valuable contents. Of the 254 museums included in the statistics, 130 are subsidized by the state. Museums subsidized or owned by the state had 12.7 million visitors in 2015, equal to 79 per cent of the total number of visitors in 2015. In 2015, the zoological and botanical gardens had a total of 4.9 million visitors. Udvikling af stedbundne turismekoncepter i danske kystferiebyer Den fælles fortælling Jørgen Hansen, TexTour for VisitNordjylland 30-08-2013 Den fælles fortælling SIGNALEMENT AF KYSTTURISMEN I DANMARK Fire udviklingsfaser Man kan bedst beskrive kystturismen i Danmark fra den spæde begyndelse og frem til ca. 1980 ved at betragte udviklingen i fire faser. Denne faseopdeling er inspireret af antropologen Valene L. Smith, der dog opererer med hele syv faser. Den danske etnolog Charlotte Bøgh anvender Smiths begrebsapparat i en dansk kontekst, primært med udgangspunkt i empirisk materiale fra den nordsjællandske kyst. Det giver imidlertid et bedre og mere overskueligt billede at nøjes med fire faser, når der i det følgende ikke blot skal gives en dækkende beskrivelse af kystturismen i Danmark som helhed, men også foretages en sammenligning mellem de udvalgte kystferiebyer. Første fase er ”pionererne”, først og fremmest forfattere og malere, der forlader hovedstaden på udkik efter nye motiver og stof til deres digtning og forfatterskab. Navnlig i anden halvdel af 1800-tallet er der blandt kunstnerne en stigende interesse for den ”uberørte natur” med dens ”urbefolkning”. Disse kunstnere optræder som trendsettere og skubber udviklingen i retning af næste fase. Når ”uberørtheden” forsvinder, nås næste fase, og de fleste af kunstnerne fortsætter så vidt muligt til en ny lokalitet, som de kan ”opdage”. Denne første fase er relativt kortvarig og tager sin begyndelse omkring 1870. ”Pionererne” indlogerer sig på de bestående kroer eller lejer værelser hos lokalbefolkningen. Der er således ikke behov for ny overnatningskapacitet. Anden fase er ”de oprindelige landliggere”, der udgøres af samfundets toneangivende kredse, herunder ikke mindst det øverste lag af borgerskabet, bestående af akademikere, embedsmænd og virksomhedsejere, der har råd til og mulighed for at tage på ferie. -
