(b) The Remittance of Transfer Tax on Motor Vehicles (BWIA International Airways Limited) Order 1995 (LN 65/1995) (made under section 19E of the Act). (c) Traffic Control Orders (made under section 65 of the Act). (d) Traffic Control (Experimental Scheme) Regulations (made under section 67 of the Act). (e) Traffic Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) Orders (made under section 68 of the Act). UPDATED TO DECEMBER 31ST 2014 MINISTRY OF LEGAL AFFAIRS LAWS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGOwww.legalaffairs.gov.tt 4 Chap. 48:50 Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Note on Application (1) Section 10 of the Motor Omnibus Concessions (Acquisition of Undertakings) Act 1964 (Act No. 32 of 1964) provided that nothing contained in section 100 of this Act or any Regulations made thereunder which relates to the granting or operation of concessions shall apply to motor omnibuses operated by Government under that Act (i.e., Act No. 32 of 1964). (2) The United States Defence Area (Agreement) Ordinance 1961 (Ord. No. 12 of 1961) (See in particular sections 7, 8, 9, 11 and 17) grants certain exemptions from the provisions of this Act. Note on Metrication In this Chapter the laws have been metricised. [See paragraph 12 of the Second Schedule to the Law Revision Act (Ch. 3:03) and LN 185/1980]. Note on Act No. 11 of 1988 See section 27 of Act No. 11 of 1988 for validation of charges for certain vehicle licences. Note on Act No. 25 of 1997 See section 45 of Act No. 25 of 1997 for validation of acts and things purported to be done between 1st October 1996 and 16th September 1997. Note on Act No. 19 of 2007 By Act No. 19 of 2007 sections 70A, 70B, 70C, 70D, 70E, 70F, 70G and 70H took effect from 16th November 2009 (See LN 237/2009). Note on Regulation 28 Section 66 of the Emergency Ambulance Services and Emergency Medical Personnel Act (Act No. 8 of 2009) amended regulation 28 of this Act by inserting subregulations 28(2), (3) and (4). Disaster An event that requires resources beyond the capability of a community and requires a multiple agency response. Hazard The probability of the occurrence of a disaster caused by a natural phenomenon (earthquake, hurricane), by failure of manmade sources of energy (industrial explosion, unusual risk), or uncontrolled human activity (overgrazing, heavy traffic, conflicts). Mitigation Activities designed to reduce or eliminate risks to persons or property or to lessen the actual or potential effects or consequences of an incident. Mitigation measures may be implemented prior to, during, or after an incident.

Each person covered under the medical plan will have to provide their own card including dependents in order to access the facility. ✓ The provider will swipe the card, input the services rendered and submit the claim. ✓ The computer system will display to the provider, the total expense, less the deductible (where applicable), less the payment by Sagicor and the client’s portion of the expense. ✓ You will pay your portion only. ✓ Two copies of the transaction will then be generated: a provider copy which the client must sign and a customer copy for your record of the submitted claim. ✓ The provider will subsequently receive payment directly from Sagicor. ✓ In the unlikely event of a transactional issue, you may be asked to pay for the service in the traditional manner.
