No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991; WEEREAS, the Committee on Laws and Ordinances of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, with the technical assistance of the provincial planning and Development Officer, and Provincial Land Use Committee (pLUC), have conducted initial review and study on said ordinance and found out that the same was enacted pursuant to Section aa7 @) (2) (ix) of R.A. No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Govemment Code of 1991; WHtr'p845, the Zoning Ordinance of Bugallon, pangasinan had undergone the technical review by the Provincial Land Use Committee (pLUC) of the Province of Pangasinan pursuant to the guidelines of Memorandum circular No. 2000-130 of the Department of the Interior and Local Govemment as embodied in Section 2 of Executive Order No. 72, 3-1993 ; 2F Capitol BW., Lngapn, Pangasinaa 24U ' Tel/f at (+6375) 5424O4O e-mail a&tess- [email protected] t Qlrrrcrsxrr Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN Lingalten vn*w. paugasitan g w. p ft OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN SECRETARY Resolution No. 377 -20 1 I Page 2 WHEREAS, the PLUC found the Zoning Ordinance of Bugallon, Pangasinan to be in conformity with the existing Land Use Planning Guidelines, Laws and Regulations and other development plans of the Province; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Bugallon, Pangasinan shall comply with the publication requirement per Section 59 ofRA 7160 before the subject Zoning Ordinance is effected; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, after final evaluation, finds the subject municipal ordinance in order; WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, on motion of Sp Members Raul P. Sison and Nestor D. Reyes and co-sponsored by Sp Members Sheila Marie S. Perez-Galicia and Jeanne Jinky C. Zaplan, duly seconded, it rvas - RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang panlalawigan in session assembled, to declare Municipal Ordinance No. 2017-03 of the Sangguniang Bayan Of Bugallon, Pangasinan, Entitled "An Ordinance enacting the Revised Zoning Regulations of the Municipality of Bugallon and providing for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof and for the repeal of all ordinances in conflict therewith" as within the conferred powers of the Sangguniang Bayan to enact; RESOLVED FURTED,& that copies of this resolution be fumished the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bugallon, Pangasinan, for their information and guidance.
