Grange Farm is the second phase of a comprehensive regeneration project at Harewood Park. Sustainability has underpinned the restoration work. An old sandstone quarry on the estate has been reopened to supply stone for the buildings, and the oak has been sourced from the Duchy’s Herefordshire woodlands. The barns at Grange Farm are heated by a district woodchip boiler, and foul drainage is filtered by a reed bed system.
