He feels that the transition from Deloitte to his current organization was smooth because his career was shaped at Deloitte. He feels it was simply the best learning path to step into the corporate world. He learned and interacted with many seniors and leaders, which improved his professsional skills extensively. Life at Deloitte was fun, exciting and filled with many team outings. Right from the first day, everything was so well organized that she remembers being overwhelmed by the welcome provided by the HR team. Shatawari Jain, Consulting, Core Business Operations, is currently pursuing a Masters in Information System specializing in Big Data Management and Analytics in the USA. She feels that she's doing well due to her stint with Deloitte where she had the opportunity to learn many things such as working as team, helping others and reaching out for help, always learning new things and always making an impact with whatever we do. Shivam, Consulting, Core Business Operations, was promoted to the role of Senior Consultant and is mentoring a team of six Cloud Integration developers. He is also happy to share that he's completed four certifications in various DELL Boomi skills. Upasna Upreti, Consulting, Core Business Operations, is happy to share that she got admission to the University of Washington Foster School of business and will be joining the course in June. Venkatesha Iyengar, Consulting, Core Business Operations, recalls that working at Deloitte was a great experience thanks to his leaders and senior colleagues. He remembers that his leaders were quite cool while still getting work done and seniors in the team helped out even when they had a lot of work on their plate.
