In 25 this paper, we conducted a systematic revision of the Troglohyphantes species of the Italian Alps, 26 with a special focus on the Lucifuga complex, including the description of two new species (T. 27 lucifer n. sp. and T. apenninicus n. sp). In addition, we provided new diagnostic drawings of the 28 holotype of T. henroti (Henroti complex) and established three new synonymies within the genus. 29 The molecular analysis of the animal DNA barcode confirms the validity of this method of 30 identification of the Alpine Troglohyphantes and provides additional support for the morphology- 31 based species complexes. Finally, we revised the known distribution range of additional 32 Troglohyphantes species, as well as other poorly known alpine cave-dwelling spiders. -

According to the new Directive on renewable energies of the European Commission (2009/28/EC), the European Union should reach a 20% share of the total energy consumption from renewable sources by 2020. The national overall targets impose for Italy a 17% renewable share: in case of failure the gap would be filled by importation of renewable energy from non- UE countries. The abitious national targets and thus the continuously increasing interest on renewable fuels, require simple but reliable methods for the energy potential assessment over large-scale territories. -

Noahidism Or B'nai Noah—Sons of Noah—Refers To, Arguably, a Family
Noahidism or B’nai Noah—sons of Noah—refers to, arguably, a family of watered–down versions of Orthodox Judaism. A majority of Orthodox Jews, and most members of the broad spectrum of Jewish movements overall, do not proselytize or, borrowing Christian terminology, “evangelize” or “witness.” In the U.S., an even larger number of Jews, as with this writer’s own family of orientation or origin, never affiliated with any Jewish movement. Noahidism may have given some groups of Orthodox Jews a method, arguably an excuse, to bypass the custom of nonconversion. Those Orthodox Jews are, in any event, simply breaking with convention, not with a scriptural ordinance. Although Noahidism is based ,MP3], Tạləmūḏ]תַּלְמּוד ,upon the Talmud (Hebrew “instruction”), not the Bible, the text itself does not explicitly call for a Noahidism per se. Numerous commandments supposedly mandated for the sons of Noah or heathen are considered within the context of a rabbinical conversation. Two only partially overlapping enumerations of seven “precepts” are provided. Furthermore, additional precepts, not incorporated into either list, are mentioned. The frequently referenced “seven laws of the sons of Noah” are, therefore, misleading and, indeed, arithmetically incorrect. By my count, precisely a dozen are specified. Although I, honestly, fail to understand why individuals would self–identify with a faith which labels them as “heathen,” that is their business, not mine. The translations will follow a series of quotations pertinent to this monotheistic and ,MP3], tạləmūḏiy]תַּלְמּודִ י ,talmudic (Hebrew “instructive”) new religious movement (NRM). Indeed, the first passage quoted below was excerpted from the translated source text for Noahidism: Our Rabbis taught: [Any man that curseth his God, shall bear his sin. -

SUGGESTIONS for POSSIBLE SHORT TRIPS to Get An
SUGGESTIONS FOR POSSIBLE SHORT TRIPS To get an introduction about the area near the conference: Why You Really Should Visit Italy's Outstanding Barolo Wine Region https://www.forbes.com/sites/catherinesabino/2018/10/28/why-you-really-should-visit-italys- outstanding-barolo-wine-region/#7bd3de632f89 Note that the Langa district is best visited by car. Because of its territory, the district is not accessible by train (except for Alba, which is connected to the railway system). However, driving in the Langa district should not be a problem since it is in the countryside and not in a big city. For reference, Bra and Alba have ~30,000 people each. Some of the villages referenced below are much smaller: Pollenzo (a subdivision of Bra) and Barolo have only ~700 people. Furthermore, besides the picturesque hills and the historic castles and buildings, this area is also about food and wine. So you can pair some of the suggestions below with the restaurant suggestions also available on the conference website. There are also several wine tours that are normally organized in the area and, besides the suggestions below, you can just search online for what suits your interest. 1) Tour of the Barolo Langa district: Barolo, La Morra, and Verduno Note: Requires a car. Also, distances are short and so one can break these itineraries into smaller ones as desired. Barolo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barolo,_Piedmont) is the town in the middle of the vineyards of nebbiolo grapes that produce the famous wine of the same name. It is a medieval village developed at the foot of the castle. -

Based on the gathered data, useful aggregates for mixtures considered in the study were identified. They were subjected to characterization tests according to EN standards in the laboratories of “Innovative Road Materials” and of “Environmental Chemistry” of the Politecnico di Torino. ANALYSIS OF AVAILABLE DATA Aggregates of the Piedmont Region Available information of aggregates coming from quarries located in Piedmont was extracted from the Regional Quarry Plan, which contains data expressed in terms of: - lithological composition; - mineralogical composition; - resistance to fragmentation (Los Angeles test). Data were available on coarse (15/30 mm), intermediate (8/15 mm) and fine (0.2-0.3 mm) fractions and are synthesized in the following Tables 1-5. Table 1. Available sites and tests N.
