The document will meet National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) requirements and will encompass the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) and general forests of Lake Tahoe's west shore, leading to implementation-ready projects to protect communities and restore ecosystem resilience.
