This is because the dark modes formed by these mechanical modes decouple from the cavity mode and prevent extracting energy from the dark modes through the cooling channel of the cavity mode. Here we propose a universal and reliable dark-mode-breaking method to realize the simultaneous ground-state cooling of two degenerate or nondegenerate mechanical modes by introducing a phase- dependent phonon-exchange interaction, which is used to form a loop-coupled configuration. We find an asymmetrical cooling performance for the two mechanical modes and expound this phenomenon based on the nonreciprocal energy transfer mechanism, which leads to the directional flow of phonons between the two mechanical modes.

  • Ohio Crime Victim Reparation Program Report
'. OHIO CRIME VICTIM •' REPARATION PROGRAM REPORT .. OHIO CRIME VICTIM REPARATION PROGRAM REPORT OHIO CRIME VICTIM REPARATION PROGRAM REPORT This report on the Ohio crime victim reparations (compensation) program covers the period from on July 1, 1978 through December 31, 1980. (The information presented in the report is organized by fiscal year. Because the last report covered fiscal years 1977, 1978 and the first half of fiscal year 1979, this report covers all of fiscal year 1979, fiscal year 1980, and the first half of fiscal year 1981.) This report is a presentation of the information required by R.C. 2743.69. The information is divided into two types of statistical data about the reparation program and appears on tables similar to those used in the last report. Table A, "Reparations Claims Data", summarizes the activity of the claims themselves. Table B, "Reparations Special Account Data", summarizes expenditures made from the reparations special account. Appendix I lists awards and denials and specifies the amount of each award. Appendix II lists by source and amount the money that has been deposited in the special account during calendar years 1978, 1979 and 1980. Note, as indicated on Table A, that "the amount asked in each claim" is unavailable because claimants do not ask for specific monetary relief. For the same reason, "the average size of claims" is also unavailable. Further background information about the reparations program can be found in the initial report. Additional copies of that report and this report are available upon request. The one significant legislative change not covered by the initial report is Am.
