History Presents the Future - a campaign of Stolichen Elektrotransport dedicated to the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU, was launched on March 1. Every Thursday (till the end of June) a retro tram departs from Vazrazhdane Square at 4 pm and 5 pm and goes to Ivan Vazov Quarter. The streetcar travels in both directions (Vazrazhdane Square - Ivan Vazov Quarter and back) stopping at all existing stops. All passengers travel for free and receive a map of the electric transport routes in Sofia. The map also contains information on electric transport – history, evolution, plans for future development, etc. Various events are supposed to take place during each retro trip. On April 26, 2018 a fashion collection of students from New Bulgarian University will be displayed in a fashion installation. Experimental night bus services in Sofia

Like most big European cities, the Bulgarian capital will introduce night bus services which will begin to operate on April 7, 2018. From midnight to 4 am bus lines N1, N2, N3 and N4 will travel around the city and connect all quarters. All buses will stop at Knyaz Alexander I Square. The CLUB OF THE BULGARIAN PHOTO REPORTERS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS is located in the underpass next to the Council of Ministers. This is the most unique venue in Sofia, situated at the Eastern Gate of the ancient town of Serdika. The Club has at its disposal a gallery that is placed over layers of history, culture and civilizations going back to the times of the Ancient Roman Empire. The Club organizes exhibitions of original photography which is also available for sale. Moreover, the venue hosts exhibitions of artists, the presentations of poetry collections and books, concerts, café theatre plays, children’s celebrations, charity initiatives. The space provides a café bar where you can conduct meetings as well as send photographs and reports from the events you are reflecting. Ilindentsi Art Zone (20th of March -till 15th of April 2018) In 1998 several friends supported the idea by Ivan Roussev to create a sculpture park in the village of Ilindentsi and founded the Art Center Ilindentsi Foundation. The exhibition presents sculptural works and paintings by authors who have participated in the previous events, among them Angel Stanev, Ani Pokrovsky, Valentin Starchev, Dinko Stoev, Dolores Dilova, Emil Popov, Ivaylo Avramov, Ivaylo Mirchev, Ivan Rusev, Kalina Taseva, Kiril Meskin, Lyuben Genov, Milko Bozhkov, Monika Popova, Nina Ruseva, Svetlin Rusev, Svilen Blazev, Stefan Lyutakov, Stoyan Tsanev.
