MSRDC divided the proposed Expressway into five packages and appointed STUP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as a consultant for preparation of feasibility study and DPR for the package II: Pulgaon to Sindhakhed Raja (Amravati Division). 3. Objective The main objective of the consultancy service as per TOR is to establish the technical, economical, and financial viability of the project, avail Environment and Forest Clearance and prepare detailed project reports for construction of the new alignment of Nagpur- Mumbai Communication Super Expressway with Access Control. To study various alternative alignments, compare and getting approval for the best feasible alignment from Competent Authority. The viability of the project shall be established taking into account the requirements with regard to rehabilitation, upgrading and improvement based on Expressway design, pavement design, provision of service roads wherever necessary, Intersections, Construction of bridges and structures, Road safety features, quantities of various items of works and Cost estimates and Economic analysis. To study and analyze, economics of different land pooling/procurement models for Expressway project, Nodal development projects along the expressway & utility services along the Expressway independently.
