LED – Local Economic Development The results of the survey of city, town and village mayors conducted in 2018 (report and info graphics of the LGC – local government caucus (Parliamentary Inter-Faction Local Government Support Group) findings) are provided in Annexes C and C1, respectively. On December 23, 2018, the initial MRD – Ministry of Regional Development local elections took place in 12 oblasts in 77 consolidated territorial communities (9 city, 15 town, MOTIDPU – Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally-Displaced Persons of and 53 rural CTCs). These 77 CTCs have united 343 local
