One such natural resource is the Prenj Mountains. On the Prenj mountain two sites were selected (Rujište and Bijele vode), where research was conducted in the spring and autumn of 2016 with the aim of determining the diversity and distribution of certain plant and animal species inhabited by the forest and meadow ecosystem of the investigated area. Using the Braun-Blanqet method (1964), a seasonal phytocenological survey was carried out at the sites where it was found that a large number of plant species belonging to different systematic categories exist on the same site. The research found that 94 plant species exist in the investigated area. The most numerous families are: Asteraceae with species Achillea millefolium L., Anthemis arvensis L., Mycelis muralis (L.) Dum., then Rosaceae family of species: Crataegus monogyna Jacq., Sanguisorba minor Scop., Fragaria vesca L. and family Lamiaceae with species: Ajuga genus L., Calamintha grandiflora (L.), Prunella grandiflora (L.) Scholler. Other 272 Bihać, 18 – 19 June Sixth international scientific conference ''June 5th - World environment day'' species are represented by: Fabaceae, Ranunculaceae, Aceraceae Betulaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Crassulaceae, Pinaceae, Poaceae, Aspleniaceae, Polygonaceae, Liliaceae, Lamiaceae, Fabaceae, Ranunculaceae, Aceraceae. During research task focused on cataloguing plant species of the fore mentioned area, invertarisation of some animal species, whose habitats are forests and meadows of that area, was done simultaneously. That part of the field research was done earlier, in the period from March 2011. till April 2012, which is in the part of herpetofaunistic research supported using results research of life cycle of the Alpine Newt – Ichtyosaura alpestris and by findings of Yellow-bellied toad – Bombina variegata. Earlier findings show presence of European vipers, snakes (Ophidia): Nose-horned Viper – Vipera ammodytes and Balkan adder – Vipera berus bosniensis. In herpetofauna of the area Algyroides nigropunctatus and species Testudo hermanni stand out as well. Seen through entomofaunistic research during time period from May till October of 2017. presence of higher number of daily butterflies as well as species from other rows of insects was proved. PRIRODNI POTENCIJAL VASKULARNE FLORE I DIJELA FAUNE PLANINE PRENJ – RUJIŠTE I BIJELE VODE Ključne riječi: flora, fauna, fitocenološki snimci, floristički sastav vegetacije, biodiverzitet SAŽETAK: U procesima integracije i rekonstrukcije bosansko-hercegovačke društvene, ekonomske i naučno-istraživačke infrastrukture, značajno mjesto imaju i prirodni resursi sadržani u biološkoj i ekološkoj raznolikosti. 1. UVOD Bosnu i Hercegovinu karakterišu šume, kraška polja, kanjoni, klisure, planinski lanci, hercegovački krš, veliki broj sunčanih dana u godini i pogodna klima koja pridonosi razvoju velikog broja endemskih biljaka i raznolikosti životinjskih vrsta na ovim prostorima. Biljne vrste kao vrlo stabilni biološki sistemi svojim prisustvom, brojnošću i pokrovnošću, predstavljaju najbolje pokazatelje stanja i potencijala životne sredine u određenom regionu. Procijeniti postojeću i potencijalnu ugroženost biljnih i životinjskih vrsta i biocenoza u uslovima sadašnjeg upravljanja ekosistemima. MATERIJAL I METODE RADA 2.1.

Summary : Studies on molecular phylogenies of Butterflies and Burnets have been increasingly frequent in the recent years, changing the systematics and taxonomy of these two groups. A full update has been performed in this work.

A tribuszokon belül a fajnevek betűrendben követik egymást. A kéziratos nevek (Gozmány kézirat, vö. 8.

It is based on a concatenated alignment of the mitochondrial gene COI and up to 11 nuclear gene fragments, using Bayesian inference of phylogeny. To avoid analytical biases that could result from our region-focus sampling, our European tree was grafted upon a global genus- level backbone butterfly phylogeny for analyses. In addition to a consensus tree, we provide the posterior distribution of trees and the fully-concatenated alignment for future analyses.
