51 yrs Aug 2020 Our 51st Year Due to the COVID-19 keeping us all inside - it seems appropriate that “We All feel like Nut-Cases” (this came from Queensland Australia. Rg#157) 1 The coronavirus pandemic is an escalating and ever- changing issue. Most local car shows and events including the Club sponsored Easter Parade have already been canceled. As a result, the Georgia RG #24 Regional Group of the Early Ford V8 Club of America, with input from your Board of Directors, has suspended Club activities until further notice. Your Board will continue to watch the conditions, noting National Club and CDC guidelines, to determine when best to resume regular Club Meetings and Outings. Please focus on good health and praying for those who are affected. I have owned and loved this car for 20 years. Pretty much stock, except it has a great 5AB flathead v8 with low mileage, dual exhaust, nice sounding mufflers, a nice cam that has a good "lope". It has high speed rear end gear ratio (3.52?), so you can run on the expressways with out it "pukeing" water or running hot! Still mechanical brakes that Jerry Grayson helped me rebuild several years ago, still 6 volts, original transmission, and lights plus it has twin "bee" headlights with 6 volt sealed beam bulbs mounted on the front bumper that looks good and they do a great job along with the original headlights, has turn signals and a nice pair of 1933 license plates on it. Tires have good tread, but are old, this car drives like a 1933 ford! Come by and drive it and make an offer we both can live with, all cash, no trades!
