    Biomatematický model BMM: Tour de France - 11. etapa Na programu jubilejní 100 Tour de France chyběl klasický prolog a tak jsme vhodnou trať pro BMM museli počkat až do 11. etapy, kdy přišla na řadu první individuální časovka. Náročnost 33km dlouhé trati notně zvyšoval silný vítr, se kterým se všichni závodníci potýkali. Hned v úvodu nasadil nepřekonatelnou laťku favorizovaný Tony Martin (Omega Pharma-Quick step), se kterým vyrovnanou partii sehrál jen žlutý Chris Froome (Sky Procycling), výrazně tím navyšující své celkové vedení. Mezi ostatními jezdci top 10 to byla vyrovnaná bitva. Roman Kreuziger (Team Saxo-Tinkoff) zajel výborně a udržel celkové 5. místo a samozřejmě velmi emotivním zážitkem pro všechny byla ostrá jízda paralympika Jirky Ježka v roli oficiálního předjezdce. Analiza omrežja Twitter profesionalnih kolesarjev med dirko po Franciji Analiza družbenih omrežij se je začela pojavljati na začetku 20. stoletja. Do sedaj se je kot celotna raziskovalna paradigma dodobra uveljavila v družboslovnem raziskovanju. V zadnjem času so se raziskovalci začeli ukvarjati tudi s spletnimi družbenimi omrežji, novo obliko družbenih omrežij, ki so se pojavila s pojavom SPLET 2.0. Spletna družbena omrežja postajajo vse bolj popularna. Twitter ima danes že več kot 300 milijonov mesečno aktivnih uporabnikov. Twitter je med kolesarji eno bolj popularnih spletnih družbenih omrežji. Prav na Twitterju je bilo opravljenih bore malo raziskav omrežij športnikov. Kot prvi se je z analizami omrežij športnikov ukvarjal Nixon, ki je omrežja športnikov poimenoval ”sportsnet”. Sam sem omrežje profesionalnih kolesarjev na spletnem omrežju Twitter pridobil s pomočjo programskega paketa NodeXL in seznama ”TDF2017riders”, ki sem ga ustvaril sam. Pridobljeno omrežje sem nato prenesel v program Pajek, v katerem sem tudi opravil nadaljnje analize. V analizah sem se ukvarjal s tem, kako se kolesarji med seboj povezujejo, iskal kohezivne podskupine in s pomočjo posredniških vlog ugotavljal, kdo je najpomembnejši kolesar v omrežju, ter izračunal mere središčnosti in pomembnosti.
