If so, the Georgia Swarm has a home for you! This year around program is goal driven focusing on lead generation, individual sales quotas, and community outreach. The Ticket Sales Associates program is the Swarm’s feeder system to full time opportunities within the sales and service department. Individuals will receive thorough sales and service training, professional development, and the ability to grow within the organization. Responsibilities: • Fill the sales pipeline with qualified lead by capturing market data through networking, community events, and self-prospecting • Be a key member of the Swarm Street Team assisting at offsite community events • Sell a full menu of ticket assets via phone and face to face meetings. Including, but not limited to, new Full Season memberships, Flex/Mini packages, Premium Packages, Group & hospitality packages. • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual individual performance sales goals • Demonstrate and evolve outbound sales efforts via best practices taught by leadership: prospecting, lead generation, sales technique/process, time management, referral gathering, pipeline management and data capturing • Represent the Georgia Swarm brand and organization both inside and outside the office, positively contributing to the company’s culture • Available for all Swarm home games (December through June); Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • Other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to function in fast-paced environment, and hit sales targets as well as output quotas • Ability to work as a great teammate. • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and a positive attitude. • Strong desire to start a career with a team that has ample opportunity for growth. • Ability to learn and study sales, helping make it a career. Compensation/Time Off/Work Schedule: • Hourly Wage plus monthly bonuses on lead generation performance, commission on all sales, and opportunity for other cash and prize bonuses. • Non-Working Days: o Full Week off for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and July 4th o Quarterly Four Day weekend(s) as available with community outreach schedule § Traditional work schedule most non-work days are Mondays and Fridays § Tuesday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM* • Flexible work schedule focusing on community and networking events • Work hours may change with sales campaign, i.e. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekend Community Events as assigned ABOUT THE GEORGIA SWARM: The Georgia Swarm Pro Lacrosse team is a member of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), which is North America’s professional indoor lacrosse league featuring the best players in the world. In 2017, the Swarm became NLL World Champions after a historic 17-5 season. Founded in 1986, the NLL ranks third in average attendance for professional indoor sports worldwide behind only the NHL and NBA. The league is comprised of 14 franchises across the U.S. and Canada, and the 2021-22 NLL season will mark the league’s 35th year. The Swarm compete in an 18-game regular season schedule from December to April, followed by the NLL Playoffs in May and June. The Swarm play their home games at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Field at Gas South Arena in Duluth, Ga. and will return to play in Dec. 2021.
