It may not be reproduced, distributed or altered in any way without written permission from PrimePay. 1.0 Minimum Software Requirements This document details the system requirements for PrimePay’s Web‐based system so that you can get the best view of your Web pages.

2.0 Supported web browsers and operating systems With PrimePay’s system, there is no software to install and no special equipment is needed. To access the system, you will only need an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Macromedia Firefox.

The following is a list of browser’s that PrimePay’s Web‐based system supports:

2.1. How-to check your operating system If you would like to check which operating system you are using, do the following: 1. Click Start > My Computer. 2. Right‐click on My Computer and select Properties. 3. Select the General tab. This will display your operating system name and version.

2.2. Where can I download the most recent version of Internet Explorer? The latest stable release of Internet Explorer is available for free online from ’s Web site at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx

2.3. Where can I download the most recent version of Firefox? The latest stable release of Mozilla Firefox is available for free online from Mozilla’s Web site: http://www.mozilla.com/en‐US/firefox/

3.0 Monitor Settings 3.1. Optimal screen resolution PrimePay’s Web pages are built to fit a 1024 x 768 screen resolution. If your browser is maximized and you can read this page without scrolling horizontally or vertically, your resolution is set appropriately. If

How-to adjust the screen resolution on your monitor 1. Right‐click on an empty area on your desktop. Select Properties. 2. Select the Settings tab. 3. In the Screen resolution section (see Figure 1 below), drag the slider to specify a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. For a higher screen resolution, drag the slider to the right.

4. Click OK to apply your settings.

3.2. Optimal color quality If your Web pages are not displaying properly, you may need to adjust the color quality setting on your monitor and/or adjust the display resolution on your monitor. 3.2.1. How-to adjust the color quality on your monitor 1. Right‐click on an empty area in your desktop. Select Properties. 2. Select the Settings tab. 3. In the Color quality section (see Figure 2 below), select Highest (32 bit) from the drop‐down menu. In most circumstances, selecting the highest bit available is the best choice.

4. Click OK to apply your settings. Warning: When a change is made to the color quality, you will receive an immediate prompt to restart your computer!

3.2.2. How-to adjust your display resolution 1. Right‐click on your desktop. Select Properties. 2. Click the last tab called Settings. 3. Click on the Advanced tab. This will open the General tab.

4.0 Cookies Cookies are used in PrimePay’s Web‐based system to manage your sessions. For this reason, your computer must be setup to accept cookies. Instructions for accepting cookies are shown below. By design, our system’s cookie usage is restricted to only non‐persistent cookies that exist only as long as the active is open. For your own security, no data is ever stored on your computer, unlike a persistent cookie. Even in the current mode of non‐persistent cookie none of your sensitive data is stored in it. 4.1. How-to accept cookies in Internet Explorer 7.0 1. Open the most recent version of Internet Explorer 7.0. 2. On the browser menu, click Tools. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Click on the Privacy tab. 5. Drag the slider down to Accept All Cookies. 6. Click OK. 4.2. How-to accept cookies in Mozilla Firefox 1. Open the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox. 2. On the browser menu bar, click Tools. 3. Select Options. 4. Click the Privacy tab. 5. Make sure “Accept all cookies from sites” is checked.

5.0 JavaScript

Your computer should have JavaScript enabled so that you can get the best view of your data. JavaScript is a programming language which runs in your Web browser. It can only access information which is delivered to your Web browser from a Web site.

5.1. How-to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer 7.0 1. Open the most recent version of Internet Explorer (7.0). 2. On the browser menu, click Tools. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Click on the Security tab. 5. Scroll down to the Scripting section. 6. Select Enable for and Scripting of Java Applets. 7. Click OK. 8. Select Yes if a box appears to confirm. 9. Click OK to close window.

5.2. How-to enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox 1. Open the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox. 2. On the browser menu bar, click Tools. 3. Select Options. 4. Click the Contents tab. Make sure “Enable JavaScript” is checked.

6.0 Pop-Up Windows Pop‐up windows are used in PrimePay’s online system primarily for opening reports; therefore, your computer must be setup to enable pop‐ups.

6.1. How to enable pop-up windows in Internet Explorer 7.0 1. Open the most recent version of Internet Explorer (7.0). 2. On the browser menu bar, click Tools. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Click the Privacy tab. Make sure “Turn on Pop‐Up Blocker” is unchecked. This will turn off the pop‐up blocker.

6.2. How-to enable pop-up windows in Mozilla Firefox 1. Open the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox. 2. On the browser menu bar, click Tools.

7.0 Animation PrimePay’s Web‐based system uses some animation to display your Web pages. For instance, the PrimePay system loading graphic will not appear properly if you do not enable animations within your Web browser. 7.1. How-to play animations in Web pages 1. Open the most recent version of Internet Explorer. 2. On the browser menu bar, click Tools. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Click on the Advanced tab. 5. Scroll down until you see the Multimedia heading. 6. Make sure the box called “Play animations in Web pages” is checked off. Important Note: You will need to restart your computer for this change to take effect.

8.0 Adobe Acrobat A majority of the reports in PrimePay’s Web site are delivered as PDF files. You can view, print and save these PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader, as well as various other PDF compatible programs. If Adobe Reader is not installed on your computer, you will not be able to open reports in our Web‐based system, which are type PDF. Below are instructions for downloading Adobe Reader for free online. 8.1.1. How-to download Adobe Acrobat Viewer 1. Visit http://www.adobe.com. 2. Click Get Adobe Reader and follow the instructions on the Adobe Web site. 3. After the download is complete, close the Adobe Web site and return to 3E.
