Team Ontario Selection The 2013‐2014 Season officially began with over 200 athletes competing at the Team Ontario Selection event, hosted by Borden . This is not only the first competition of the season but also the first competition using the new OCP rules.

Qualifiers: Session A Qualifiers Thank you to Pickering, Niagara Acro Cats, Blenheim‐Kent, Twisters and Burlington for hosting Session A qualifiers this season. As we gear up for the remainder of Provincial Qualifiers, there are a few things we would like you to remember:

Contents Withdrawals Please communicate all withdrawals as soon as possible to the host clubs Team Ontario Selection 1 (and copy the Women’s Program Manager at Qualifiers: Session A 1 [email protected]) so that all changes can be made to athlete Team Ontario 2014 2 draws.

National Stream Cup 3 Make‐Up Qualifiers – Petition Process Elite Canada 3 There are no refunds or transferable monies for athletes who have Ontario Championships 3 missed a qualifier but a qualifier can be made up due to: medical reasons, other gymnastics commitments and extenuating circumstances through Level 1‐4 Camps/Clinics 3 the Petition Process found in the Technical Rules and Regulations Section Awards Banquet 4 C. Make up Petitions will be granted on a first come first serve basis and Updated Technical Rules & availability of space. The Petition Application can be found on the website under Resource>Forms>Forms for Competition. Clubs are able Regulations 5 to request which qualifier they would prefer to attend as a make‐up Documents in Effect 5 qualifier and every effort will be made to accommodate the request Athletes in the News 5 based on the registered numbers at that qualifier. Granted petitions will be required to send $80.00 (non‐refundable) payable directly to the host club.

Refunds Refunds will be granted at the end of the season for any athlete that has not competed in ANY of the three qualifiers. Refunds for those athletes eligible must submit a request to the Women’s Program Manager no later than 2 weeks after the last qualifier.
