The Hon. Member for Garff (Mrs Caine) to ask the Chief Minister – What plans he has to extend the Paris Agreement to the Isle of Man? 3. The Hon. Member for Garff (Mr Perkins) to ask the Chief Minister – Whether the Government has advised insurance companies of the works that have been carried out on the Laxey river catchment area to mitigate the possibility of flooding? 4. The Hon. Member for Douglas South (Mr Quine) to ask the Minister for the Treasury – What plans he has to ensure that all crew members on vessels owned and operated by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company are employed directly by the company? 5. Member for Ramsey (Mr Hooper) to ask the Chief Minister – What the travel, testing and isolation rules are for UK key workers who are resident on the Island; and if he will make a statement? 21. Member for Douglas Central (Mr Thomas) to ask the Chief Minister – When he received Angela Main Thompson’s report on planning application 15/00124/B, and when he shared it with a) the Ministers responsible for planning matters and b) with Council of Ministers? 30. Member for Douglas Central (Mr Thomas) to ask the Chief Minister (Minister for the Cabinet Office) – When secondary legislation for the 2021 Census will be made and laid before Tynwald; and when detailed arrangements will be publicised? 31. Member of the Council, Mrs Lord-Brennan, to ask the Chief Minister – How many (a) permanent and (b) limited term contract staff are resourcing the Travel Notification Service Team; and of these, how many are seconded from other roles? 32. Member for Douglas Central (Mr Thomas) to ask the Minister for Policy and Reform – Pursuant to his Answer of 2nd February 2021, if he will publish the New Public Service project recommendations on the development of localised service centres offering customer services to the Chief Minister’s Committee of Community and Public Engagement Committee before it reports on Community Hubs? 36.
