This is subject to the following qualifications. c SD No.2015/0227 Page 3 Article 5 Polling Districts (Keys Elections) Order 2015 (2) Polling district 4 of the constituency of Arbory, Castletown and Malew comprises two discrete areas which are identified on the map referred to in article 5(8) as “CACM 4” and “CACM 4 Det”1. (3) Polling district 4 of the constituency of Rushen comprises two discrete areas which are identified on the map referred to in article 5(8) as “CRUS 4” and “CRUS 4 Det”. 5 Definitive maps (1) The area of each of the polling districts created by article 4 is delineated in a series of definitive maps each bearing in the legend the reference “CO/14/2” and the date of 24th April 2015 and each of which has been deposited in the General Registry. Paragraphs (2) to (8) specify which map in the series is relevant for each constituency, but subject to the provisions of paragraph (9) to (11) in respect of the town districts of Castletown and Peel and the village districts of Port Erin and Port St Mary. (2) For the Douglas Central constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map entitled “Polling Districts Douglas Central Constituency”. (3) For the Douglas East constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map, entitled “Polling Districts Douglas East Constituency”. (4) For the Douglas North constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map, entitled “Polling Districts Douglas North Constituency”. (5) For the Douglas West constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map entitled “Polling Districts Douglas West Constituency”. (6) For the Onchan constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map entitled “Polling Districts Onchan Constituency”. (7) For the Ramsey constituency the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map, entitled “Polling Districts Ramsey Constituency”. (8) For the other constituencies the polling districts created by article 4 are delineated on the definitive map entitled “Polling Districts Whole Island”. This is subject to the qualifications in paragraphs (9) to (11). (9) For the Arbory, Castletown and Malew constituency, the boundaries between those part of the polling districts of that constituency as lie within 1 The suffix denotes “detatched”. Page 4 SD No.2015/0227 c Polling Districts (Keys Elections) Order 2015 Article 6 the town of Castletown are delineated on the map entitled “Polling Districts Castletown (Part Arbory, Castletown & Malew constituency”) and dated 5th June 2015. (10) For the Glenfaba and Peel constituency, the boundaries between those parts of the polling districts of that constituency as lie within the town of Peel are delineated on the map entitled “Polling Districts Peel (Part Glenfaba & Peel constituency)” and dated 5th June 2015. (11) For the Rushen constituency, the boundaries between those parts of the polling districts of that constituency as lie within the village of Port Erin and Port St Mary are delineated on the map entitled “Port Erin/Port St Mary (Part Rushen constituency)” and dated 5th June 2015. 6 Revocation and saving (1) The following are revoked — (a) the Polling Districts Order 19862; (b) the Polling Districts (Ramsey) Order 19933; (c) the Polling Districts (Michael) Order 19964; and (d) the Polling Districts (Peel) Order 19975. These Orders are referred to in paragraph (2) as “the revoked Orders”. (2) Despite paragraph (1), the revoked Orders continue to have effect — (a) for the purposes of any by-election to the Keys before the general election to that House in 2016; and (b) so far as they are capable of doing so, for the purposes of — (i) any election to which the Local Elections Act 1986 applies; and (ii) any referendum conducted under the Referendum Act 1979.
