After two collaborative mixtapes and a couple big tag-team singles, "Deuces" and "Loyal," that were close to unavoidable on commercial radio, a proper duo album from Chris Brown and Tyga was the next logical step. Despite two lead voices throughout, Fan of a Fan: The Album is similar to their preceding solo albums in that it is stuffed with guest appearances. Not one member of the all-male succession -- Ty Dolla $ign, 50 Cent, Pusha T, Fat Trel, Boosie Badazz, or Schoolboy Q -- is in top form, yet their contributions prop up the headliners. Neither one of the album's first two singles, "Ayo" and "B****es N Marijuana," is on the same level as their previous hits as a duo, while a lot of what surrounds those tracks is routine, functional but not among either artist's best. Unsurprisingly, much of the material is a reflection of the carefree (and early-'90s) look of the album's packaging, with playful braggart jabs like "She don't think that I can change, so I switched from a Benz to a Range" representative of the mentality. It's not all clowning around. There is some depth through a handful of slower, less rowdy cuts like "Westside," "Girl You Loud," and "Better," the last of which is a sweetly melodic, repentant ballad. Ultimately, this is likely to satisfy only the most devout sects of Brown's and Tyga's fan bases. Newsom NASA Langley Research Center SUMMARY This paper points out some of the fundamental characteristics of fan- powered V/STOL aircraft and demonstrates with various test data how these fundamental characteristics show up in the characteristics of various particular configurations. Since most of the experience with fan-powered V/STOL configu- rations has been gained in wind tunnels, the emphasis in the paper is on aero- dynamics although some operational data from flight tests are presented. INTRODUCTION There have been several fan-powered V/STOL aircraft built and a consid- erably larger number of fan-powered V/STOL aircraft configurations have been tested in wind tunnels; but the experimental work has not been systematic enough, and the theoretical work has not been complete enough to permit deter- mination of the characteristics of arbitrary configurations. The purpose of the present paper is to provide an aid for the understanding of the aerodynamic characteristics of such aircraft by pointing out some of the fundamental char- acteristics of such aircraft and demonstrating with various test data how these fundamental characteristics show up in the characteristics of particular con- figurations as observed in wind-tunnel and flight tests. Since the wind-tunnel experience is much greater than the flight experience, the main emphasis will be on characteristics observed in wind-tunnel tests.

Consequentially, while the role of album art has evolved to meet the changes in music technology, it is hard to measure the effect of digital streaming on modern album art. This research seeks to determine whether or not graphic design still plays a role in marketing information about the music, such as its genre, to the consumer. It does so through two studies: 1. A computer visual analysis that measures color dominance of an image, and 2. A mixed-design lab experiment with volunteer participants who attempt to assess the genre of a given album. Findings from the first study show that color scheme models created from album samples cannot be used to predict the genre of an album. Further findings from the second theory show that consumers pay a significant amount of attention to album covers, enough to be able to correctly assess the genre of an album most of the time.

The result of this research shows that there are four forms of slang in Chris Brown’s songs namely, blending, clipping, copy reduplicatives, variation.     Quotients of Toric Varieties by the Action of a Subtorus Annette A’Campo–Neuen and J¨urgen Hausen Abstract We consider the action of a subtorus of the big torus on a toric variety. The aim of the paper is to define a natural notion of a quotient for this setting and to give an explicit algorithm for the construction of this quotient from the combinatorial data corresponding to the pair consisting of the subtorus and the toric variety. Moreover, we study the relations of such quotients with good quotients. We construct a good model, i.e. a dominant toric morphism from the given toric variety to some “maximal” toric variety having a good quotient by the induced action of the given subtorus. Introduction Let X be an algebraic variety with a regular action of an algebraic group G. A categorical quotient is a morphism p : X → Y which is G–invariant (i.e. constant on G–orbits) and satisfies the following universal property: every other G–invariant morphism f : X → Z factors uniquely through p (see [Mu;Fo;Ki]). Though this universal property seems to be a minimal requirement for a quotient, there is no hope for the general existence of categorical quotients.
