The “Tip- A-Cop” event will take place from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Law enforcement officers and department personnel from various local agencies will volunteer their time to collect tips to support the Special Olympics in Washington. “Tip-A-Cop” is an official Law Enforcement Torch Run Campaign fundraising event that takes place nationwide.
