    When purchasing a new home all of us know that one of the most important items to consider is the potential to recover your investment at some time in the future. It is the same when purchasing a new car. It is important to look at more than just the “deal” but more towards the brand, the value on offer and in the same way as you do with your new home, to the area, quality and potential resale value. Most new cars continue to be sold on the basis of “deals” that may seem great at the time, but are in fact the cause of most initial new car depreciation. The lowest price paid for a new car sets the initial resale price for that model and it is fair to say that unless you are one of the 15 or so companies who have between 300 and 3000 cars then this “deal” is not on offer to you from any make.
