Terms and Conditions: Southern NSW SunSmart Primary School Program Sunscreen Incentive

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. It is assumed all entrants have read the Terms and Conditions prior to entering.

3. The incentive is known as the Southern NSW SunSmart Primary School Program Sunscreen Incentive.

4. Entry is open to all eligible Southern NSW primary schools that join the Cancer Council NSW SunSmart Primary School Program from 16 July 2012 and are classified as a SunSmart School before 5pm AEST on 21 Sept 2012.

To be classified as SunSmart, schools must complete the following steps. All documents and forms are available at www.cancercouncil.com.au/primary

1. Complete the Contact Details/ Partnership Commitment form. 2. Submit your Sun Protection Policy. To join the SunSmart Program you need to submit a copy of your school’s Sun Protection Policy to ensure it covers the 10 SunSmart recommendations. You can choose to use the developed Sun Protection Policy by completing Cancer Council NSW Primary School Sun Protection Policy or update your school’s current Sun Protection Policy to cover the 10 recommendations. 3. 6. All eligible Southern NSW region schools that fulfil the criteria detailed in clauses 4 and 5 above will automatically receive the sunscreen unless they choose to opt out.

7. Multiple entries are not permitted.

8. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible and may not receive this incentive.

9. Initiative commences 16 July 2012. Entries close 21 Sept 2012 at 5pm AEST. Schools which complete the SunSmart process to receive the sunscreen will receive it as part of their congratulations pack of free resources.

10. Sunscreen is valued at $300 per school.

11. Sunscreen is supplied by Cancer Council NSW.

12. Sunscreen value cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a school does not wish to receive the sunscreen it will forfeit the gift. Cash will not be awarded in lieu.

13. The sunscreen is not transferable or refundable or exchangeable.

14. The Promoter will organise and pay for the sunscreen to be delivered to schools.

15. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected applications.

16. All applications become the property of the Promoter. All applications will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the applicants' name and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes as per the Promoter's privacy policy that can be viewed at www.cancercouncil.com.au
