Mishloach Manot Drive and Delivery to the Homebound by Bronx Jewish Community Council: Pack It Up For Purim: Join the BJCC and UJA‐ Federation of NY for the third annual Pack It Up for Purim initiative, a communitywide effort to create mishloach manot food packages for the most vulnerable New Yorkers. Donations can be dropped off at the Bayit from Sun., Jan. 27 ‐ Tues., Feb. 19. The Bayit will deliver the food packages to a local food pantry located at 2157 Holland Ave., Bronx, NY 10467.

Suggested items to include in your Mishloach Manot Package are: 1 box of whole‐grain cereal or oatmeal 1 box of pasta 1 can of vegetables (carrots, tomatoes, corn) 1 bag of rice 1 box of 100 percent fruit juice 1 can of tuna 1 package of dried fruit or granola bars 1 dessert (nonperishable) 1 package of dried beans (or canned beans or peas) 1 jar of peanut butter (plastic containers only)

For safety concerns, please do not include glass containers. Pop‐top cans are a plus.
