Hello Grayson Lacrosse Parents,

We are your team mom’s for this season….Lynn Martin for Varsity and Jeni Smith for JV/9th grade. Our season is kicking off this week with our Varsity team playing a scrimmage at St. Pius Wednesday night. On some of our game days our players will be asked to stay after school by the coaches. In those cases we…as your team mom’s will coordinate pre-game meals for your players. Right now there are around 12 games between Varsity/JV/9th grades that will require for our players to stay after school. Our pre-game meals will consist of one of the following…..

CFA boxed meal with CFA sandwich, CFA sauce, chips and cookie Zaxby’s boxed meal with 5 tenders, Zax sauce, chips and cookie Jersey Mikes made to order regular size sub sandwich with ham or turkey These meals will be served along with bottled waters and bananas.

Along with these pre-game meals your team mom’s will also provide snack bags for a couple of those late night away games when your player will need a little something to hold them over on that long bus ride home.

There will also be a few times during the season when the team mom’s will bring a surprise snack such as cookies and hot cocoa at the end of a cold practice or popsicles further into the season as the boys come off the practice field.

These items are not covered by your dues. Your team mom’s will need to collect a $20 spirit fee from each player to help with these costs. If you need to write a check please make the check payable to your team mom listed above and list your players name in the lower left of the check. If you are paying with cash please be sure to place in an envelope with your players name on the outside of the envelope. JV/9th grade players can turn yours into Jeni Smith today at pictures or at the beginning of practice Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Varsity players can turn in your spirit money tonight at the end of practice or parents can turn in to me at the St. Pius game tomorrow night.
