First of all, thank you for coming through the official EXIT Tourist service, EXITTRIP. We will do our best to provide you with top quality service and make your trip and stay as comfortable as possible. FESTIVAL TICKETS
VOUCHER EXCHANGE POINTS
First, you need to exchange your e-voucher for a festival wristband. The e-voucher has been previously sent to your e-mail and contains a unique barcode that can only be used once. Please bring your e-voucher with a barcode printed out and your photo ID. It will not be possible to scan the barcodes from your electronic devices.
The wristband you get gives you the entrance to the EXIT festival. You will get your wristband only once, so please take good care of it, because once removed from the wrist is no longer valid. Ticket redemption desks will be located at these three locations and by the following schedule: 1. Redemption desk in front of the EXIT festival main entrance, just below the fortress. Working hours:

EXIT ACCOMMODATION HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
If you booked your hostel accommodation through ExitTrip, to check-in, please come to the hostel reception and bring your printed voucher and photo ID with you. Our representative will find you on rooming lists, hand you the keys and help you with all the questions you might have.

EXIT CAMPSITE, STRAND BEACH
To check in at EXIT CAMP please bring your printed e-voucher, your photo ID and a copy of your ID. Your e-voucher is confirmation email/ receipt in red and white that you received right after the purchase.
It will not be possible to scan the barcode from your electronic devices. To redeem your camping equipment e-voucher, just show the confirmation/receipt you received on your email right after the purchase, and our staff will quickly and safely set it up for you. Check-in point will be at the INFO DESK near the main entrance of the EXIT Village. The reception will be open 24 hours a day from 2-9th July. Our EXITTRIP staff will be located at the INFO DESK and will be at your disposal every day from 8 AM – 12 AM.
Local city taxes are not included in Exit camping pass and they will be charged on the spot (approx. 1.1€ / 130 dinars per person per day) upon check-in. Credit cards are accepted.

TRANSPORT EXIT AIRPORT TRANSPORT - ARRIVALS
If you are traveling from Belgrade: We have arranged special service for you when traveling from Belgrade. When you land at Nikola Tesla airport, our representatives will direct you to your transportation and help you with any questions you might have. They will be easy to spot wearing t- shirts with EXITTRIP logo. If you are traveling from Budapest: All our vehicles arrive at Budapest Ferihegy airport TERMINAL 2B. Our representatives will be waiting for you at the exit and direct you to your transportation. They will be easy to spot wearing t-shirts with EXITTRIP logo.
If you still did not purchase transfer to Exit, you are able to do it on our website or directly at our EXITTRIP INFO DESK in the campsite or at EXITTRIP shop at the fortress.
DROP OFF POINT, NOVI SAD, EXIT Festival Drop off point in Novi Sad will be at 7 Despota Stefana Blvd, 5-minute walk from the EXIT CAMPSITE and around 15 to the Exit venue (PICK UP/DROP OFF POINT on the map). Our representatives will be present on site, wearing t-shirts with EXITTRIP logo to direct you to the accommodation you booked.
Pick up point, for the return trip will be from the same location you were dropped off upon arrival (PICK UP/DROP OFF POINT on the map).
