Save 10 cents per litre every time the BLACKCAPS win this summer terms and conditions Competition summary Caltex is proud to fuel the BLACKCAPS and so from 10 December 2015 to midnight 25 February 2016, Caltex will be giving AA Members and AA Smartfuel cardholders the chance to save themselves 10 cents per litre, the day after every BLACKCAPS win at home this summer. Terms and Conditions 1. From 10 December 2015 to midnight 25 February 2016 (“Campaign Period”), on the day immediately after a BLACKCAPS cricket match is won from 00:00:00am until 23:59:59pm participating Caltex stations* will offer an AA Smartfuel discount of 10 cents per litre (“Discount”) when customers spend $40 or more on petrol or diesel in one transaction. Any match outside of the Campaign Period will not form part of this Campaign. This offer is available at participating Caltex stations* only, and subject to the trading hours of each individual participating Caltex station. 2. Customers must swipe their AA Smartfuel or AA Membership cards to qualify for the Discounts and may choose to accumulate or redeem the Discount instantly on up to 50 litres. 3. Subject to the terms recorded herein, the Caltex AA Smartfuel terms of the AA Smartfuel Programme apply at www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms at www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex terms and conditions these terms will prevail. 4. The Discount is offered only if the BLACKCAPS win, or draw as determined and declared by NZ Cricket Inc and or the International Cricket Council (ICC). 5. Chevron may determine in its sole discretion to not offer the Discount if any BLACKCAPS match is not completed or is terminated early or is cancelled, or is not played at all, for any reason including a dispute, disqualification, the weather or any other disruption. If the Discount under this Campaign is for any reason not offered or available, the Caltex’s 6 cents per litre Everyday AA Smartfuel discount will be offered subject to the terms and conditions at www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex terms and conditions 6. If a BLACKCAPS match is postponed to another date and the BLACKCAPS win the deferred match on the deferred date, the Discount will be offered from 00.00 am until 23:29 pm on the day following that win provided that the following day for redeeming the Discount falls within the Campaign Period. 7. A winning match and winning team of the match will be as determined and declared by NZ Cricket Inc. and or the ICC. Chevron will communicate the result of any match dependent on the advice it receives from NZ Cricket and or the ICC, as determined by these parties and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. The dates of eligible cricket matches and the date the Discount will be offered are listed below. Were all Ministers present at the SRMC meeting during which the Framework was agreed on? b. Was COAG involved in developing the Framework (i.e. did the SRMC decide to involve COAG)? If so, what role did COAG play in the development of the Framework? c. Was the framework endorsed by the Council of Australian Governments? d. Has the SRMC met on any other occasions since the agreement was signed to discuss the Framework? e. Are regular meetings of the SRMC set in place in order to discuss the progress of all governments in working within the Framework? Answer: a. The Framework was endorsed at the meeting of SRMC on 10 June 2011. The Hon Michelle O’Byrne MP, the Tasmanian Minister for Sport and Recreation was represented by Mr Craig Martin, Executive Director, Sport and Recreation Tasmania. b. COAG was not involved in developing the Framework. c. COAG did not endorse the Framework.
