The Course on history of Architecture develops appreciation regarding past and current Trends in the field of Architecture its helps students to know about the History and Development of styles in Architecture and importance of civilization. The Knowledge of this course will help the students of understand how the new technology and new materials influence the general trends in architecture and also the effect of society on Architecture. Course covers broad topics like important civilization, Temple Architecture in India. Buddhist architecture, Islamic architecture and modern architecture in Europe and India. its helps students to know influence of tradition and culture on architecture.
