El 67% de los encuestados señalan estar satisfechos con la limpieza viaria. Asimismo, el 67% de los ovetenses están satisfechos con el conjunto de los servicios municipales, mientras que sólo el 13% se muestran insatisfechos. Con estos resultados Oviedo se sitúa por encima de la media nacional del 62% y 21% respectivamente. El Barómetro OSUR es la primera encuesta de carácter anual centrada en medir los índices de satisfacción y la evolución de la valoración ciudadana, en su rol de contribuyentes y usuarios, de los servicios públicos municipales en nuestro país.
