The Truth is surfacing all over the world but the blind seems to be leading Czech Government and health policies that are destroying the nation.

Hello Health Minister Prymula,

I am a US citizen and if you are wondering why I am writing to you, know that even Washington DC is afraid of me due to past political, economic and legal battles that I won against them. I am a former strategic planner for the Republican National Committee, Washington DC. When Clinton lost both the House and Senate in 1994, I designed and implemented that plan as a civic duty to America.

We have not had any communications until this date. However, you can consider this email the first and only public warning.

Even though Adam Vojtech is no longer Czech Health Minister, he will be presented with a US District Court discovery order and as well with by me prepared interrogatories he will be compelled to answer or face the legal consequences in case if not answering them.

His own actions amassed quite a bit of evidentiary facts against himself, not to mention the economic damage to the Czech economy and citizens. The interrogatories are in advance of a deposition under oath before my lawyers and a court reporter to produce the transcript and by court ordered the testimony before a judge and jury in Washington DC as a witness or as a defendant, or both.

We are currently preparing interrogatories for you as well for the same purpose, as it was with your predecessor. Those interrogatories may include some of your deputies so you cannot pretend that an underling "buffer" some of the Subordinates or other person i.e. on the level of Care of Public Hygiene issued the orders, and not you personally.

We have received information from one very reliable source, that some of the Hygiene Departments which are using PCR tests (btw. very unreliable tests, and why is that, is being disclosed below) had registered 120 "new cases" but they were ordered by someone from a government office to state f.e. 850 new cases, for the reason to intentionally inflate the qty. of data about positively tested people. I think the translation from English to Czech and vice versa, on the word FRAUD is for plenty of people clear, so they could understand as well an intentional falsification of statistics numbers, which is based on our information managed through the same scenario mostly worldwide on the global scale.

How many lab serology tests and based on them verified positive COVID-19 cases were being made in Czech hospitals right now until October 13th, 2020? Be careful with your answer because those having old age, due to their existing comorbidity issues deadlier than COVID-19, i.e. pneumonia or they recently had the flu shot for 2020-2021 flu season, those do not count here. The common cold does not count either.

Have you given any consideration whatsoever to the permanent damage the actions of governments are doing not only to working citizens but the retired elderly and children that are being terrorized and traumatized? Shame on all of you for proving us you prefer to run a nation based on completely unverified information, because you have it from "trusted sources", supported by incredible mainstream media hype and you leave hard reality completely unnoticed, or you purposefully and deliberately cause your own citizens to suffer from bioterrorism and intentional manipulation of facts.

It really did not surprise me that PM Babis and other party Apparatchiks proposed to appoint you. I imagine it is quite difficult in the Czech Republic to find a competent doctor, nurse, epidemiologist or PhD expert in microbiology, immunity or virology that would be corrupt enough and have the requisite low moral character to be willing to play along with this colossal COVID-19 pandemic scam and willfully lie to the public as an act of criminal bioterrorism and fearmongering.

Major league doctors, epidemiologists and scientists from all over the world, most of whom have experience levels and track records that eclipses yours, have gone on the record about the deceit, lies and outright fraud being put forth by health ministers, the WHO and others such as Vojtech and yourself.

Do not feel isolated, singled out or picked on. Your colleagues, the Health Ministers of Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy, as well as USA, UK, Canada and Australia will soon be exposed as the frauds they are relating to the SARS CoV-2 / COVID-19 plandemic in a major international lawsuit that will expose the criminal racketeering, bioterrorism and egregious violations of human rights, and the economic damages they have created. They will soon get hammered by the Lightning Bolt as a just rewards payback for their lies and deceit. The choice for you is either to stop immediately the whole fraud in the Czech Republic or to be hit by the Lightning Bolt too with no mercy.

I had to have a friend translate part of what you said in a press conference on TV before elections, shortly after your nomination in the office. No, The Lightning Bolt.org is not one of the "opposition parties" conspiring against you, Babis or ANO as part of its election game.

Those are mainly justifiably angry and concerned group of Czech citizens (i.e. voters that made their voices heard loud and clear before upcoming County and Senate elections). Me personally, as well as a large group of renowned doctors and scientists from around the world, we clearly see people like you as a bunch of buffoons no more intelligent than a parrot that merely repeats or utters what they hear or what they are told to say.

We are already taking all necessary steps to make The Lightning Bolt.org a global revolt against stupid government policies and health fraud.

A person does not have to dig very deep in Czech media, or talk to knowledgeable Czech citizens to find that both your daughter and you are of questionable character and business ethics. After all, this is evidenced by the fact that at that time existing Minister of Health Svatopluk Němeček removed you from the position of Director of the University Hospital Hradec Králové with immediate effect, for serious suspicions of conflict of interest with Big Pharma companies. One video I was sent indicates you are pretty much in the “hip pocket” of GSK and probably other Big Pharma companies, too.

A person also does not have to dig very deep to find out that you are fundamentally a paid for and loyal mouthpiece for the WHO and Big Pharma in the Czech Republic. The WHO is a named defendant in the criminal action I am filing is US District Court, Washington DC along with a very long list of bad actors scamming the entire world. Big Pharma is also a defendant and soon will face the stiffest challenge ever on their grant of immunity, which allows them to do harm to humans and more likely to children all over the world with impunity.

Most epidemiologists know that as fact, which apparently escapes your level of training, knowledge or expertise. Did you skip the epidemiology classes and do you just pretend to be an expert in that field? We are very aware that neither WHO General Director Tedros is far from being a health expert in anything. My entire scientific nanotechnology group vividly remembers the hyped and faked Swine flu pandemic in 2009 that was issued by then WHO General Director Margaret Chan. Both Tedros and Margaret will be summoned before the US court to face the ramifications of their criminal actions regarding fake pandemics.

My entire nanotechnology scientific team used to be Pentagon TSWG and DARPA level, so you are not reading an email from a layman neophyte that does not know the facts about science and especially this COVID-19 scam faked pandemic.

There are quite a few Czech citizens alive today due to a tip I gave a local scientists and doctors here in Prague regarding anti-IL-6R therapy that blocks the cytokine storm that rapidly killed many people in the world, whether they induced it by vaccine, Swine flu which was mostly registered as unverified case of COVID-19 illness. Tocilizumab which was not on the approved list of drugs in the Czech Republic until doctors saw that it works fast on severe cases and severe cytokine storms. I have to admit, that despite the initial doubts of the experts about the correctness of the use of by me proposed treatment, in the end was fast-tracked to be approved as an experimental medical application that works.

I am an expert in that field due to surviving a weaponized H5N1 avian flu attack that the CDC did a field trial in July 2005 north of CDC HQ in Atlanta GA and I was one of its intended victims. I was well in 3 days and in Europe on business on the 5th day.

We have at disposition 82 autopsies and they tell a very interesting story that will be a criminal matter discussed in the US District Court. 68% of those 82 people died of pulmonary thrombosis and DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation – blood cloting) and neither of those medical conditions have anything to do regarding a SARS influenza like illness that resulted in death of the person. It is also further evidence that SARS CoV-2 is not usually airborne transmitted by humans, and was most probably vaccine induced by a flu vaccine.

So now both the WHO and you claim that "second wave" cases are on the rise due to the increased PCR test results, relaxed mask measures, but that excuse does not hold water either. It is absolute medical and scientific FRAUD on your citizens ... so you as an epidemiologist and now Health Minister you are engaged in fraud on the Czech people.

On all the way to its hell, mainly due to a draconic measurement taken in Australia, their Health Ministry has finally uttered the facts regarding PCR tests are absolutely useless in establishing if a person has COVID-19 positivity or not. A doctor in Australia provided that information to us as to what the Official Australia Health Ministry circular said to clinicians and the zero efficacy of the PCR tests on conclusively proving if a tested person is COVID-19 positive or not.

Now I hear that you and others are pushing to have the entire population of Czech Republic (+/- 10,700,000 people) subjected to PCR tests, and those tests are known to be a fraud. Again, it appears you love fraud and pilfering from health issues however you can wedge your way in. However, you can pay very hard for it.

For what exact purpose or on what exact basis of medical and scientific facts do you make such a proposal? Are You probably using PCR tests on approximately 10,700,000 people, which have been proven to be totally useless in producing true and accurate results? What is your financial gain for pushing such a stupid idea thru?

Furthermore, your mandates for October 9, 2020 are utterly ridiculous:

“From Friday 9 October, restaurants, bars and other catering establishments will be closed at 20:00. Indoor fitness centers, gyms and swimming pools will be completely closed from October 9”, Czech Health Minister Roman Primula said.

“No more than four people can sit at the table in the restaurant. Only two people will be able to sit at a food court table in shopping malls where there are many catering establishments. In addition, Wi-Fi will not work in the shopping center so that there is no unnecessary congestion of people.

Only two people at a time can enter a grocery store to shop together.

The restrictions will be introduced for a period of 14 days.”

Your other Health Ministry edicts valid as of October 12th 2020 are far past absurd. Yes, close down the schools and restaurants again from October 14 to November 3 because your team does not have one damned clue what you are doing. Unless you and Babis obviously are waiting on how the US Presidency election will goes through, and which scenario of the two possible you will pretend to play as next.

Exactly who dreamed up that a person can walk down the street without mask, can sit in restaurant without mask, but a mask is mandatory to walk into the restaurant door across their threshold? And the restaurant staff have to wear mask to serve tables?

Did you or anyone on your staff stop to consider a mother or father with twins, or having 2 or 3 young children is "forbidden" to shop for groceries for the next two weeks, or is anyone in the Czech Health Ministry smart enough to think of all issues, possibilities and circumstances or consider all possible ways to count to "3" or "4" if that includes husband, wife, two children whether twins or just 2 of different age?

The inventor of the RT-PCR test was Dr. Kary Mullis, PhD, won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his invention. He clearly stated many times that the PRC test is not and was never intended to be a medical diagnosis tool. That you "COVID-19 experts" keep insisting on using a fraudulent testing methodology is in and of itself FRAUD.

Surely you know as a doctor and epidemiologist that "asymptomatic" means beside “no symptoms” also too “absolutely not infectious”, and the PCR tests are worthless on determining if a person is actively ill. If ill and fighting an infection, the PCR tests cannot distinguish between the common cold, Swine or Avian flu, COVID-19, meningitis or even Hepatitis A, B or C, or measles, mumps, etc., or a person recently having a vaccine that induced an antigen response. As proof positive on COVID-19, the PCR tests are as worthless as the masks and its mask mandates.

As Tanzania President John Joseph Mugufuli. PhD so aptly proved, the PCR tests are so worthless that even a goat, a papaya fruit, and a pawpaw fruit tested positive for COVID-19, but the rabbit test came back "indeterminate". President Mugufuli holds a MSc and PhD in chemistry; do you or anyone of your staff have that?

Has anyone at your ministry tested the fruits and vegetables at local grocery stores to see how many totally nonsense "COVID-19 Positive" results you get back? You might try that and get a real education on how utterly useless PCR tests are as an initial and far from conclusive medical diagnosis tool.

I recently had a blood serology test done for business travel. Surely as an epidemiologist you know the significance of me being SARS CoV-2 "Negative" on IgA, IgG and IgM. The blood serology test is the only way to verify presence or not for any type of virus and human autoimmune system response to same.

The importance of that is as follows: Firstly, under the FOI (Freedom of Information acts) of some major research universities and the governments of UK, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and now the USA are admitting they have not isolated a single SARS CoV-2 virus. That is way beyond problematic into the fraud, criminal racketeering, bioterrorism, and violations of human rights.

Secondly, without actually isolating a target virus it is impossible to accurately test for a positive or negative result (flu? Ebola? SARS? common cold? Fruit? Vegetable? Goat? the PCR cannot tell the difference), nor it is possible to develop a vaccine. Therein is where this entire COVID-19 scam has become absolutely a train wreck.

I am fully aware of the incidents in the past regarding Chambron s.r.o. and lobbyist / owner Roman Janousek, and that Dr. Sona Pekova, MD, PhD, Mr. Lubos Pasek, and Mr. Petr Ullrich are being made scapegoats for possible Janousek's wrongdoing, if there has been any wrongdoing at all.

Dr. Sona Pekova, MD, PhD did a scientific paper that was refused publishing by PLOS in the USA. Her scientific paper was based on 1,795 cases where she performed the SARS CoV-2 tests on behalf of hospitals and doctors around the Czech Republic. In that paper based on studying the genomes of SARS CoV-2 she reported that the "5' UTR" of the virus (the control center of any virus) cannot possibly be naturally occurring. We also have evidence in hand that CDC issued a global alert advising scientists and labs to focus on the 3' part of the virus that mutates rapidly and does not provide a baseline for anything, including development of a vaccine. That is evidence in the criminal racketeering (civil remedy), bioterrorism (civil remedy) and gross violations of human rights lawsuit that I am the Lead Plaintiff on.

Be advised that Dr. Sona Pekova will be collaborating with Dr. Delores Cahill, PhD, Dublin Ireland and formerly of the Max Planck Virology Institute, Berlin Germany, and both are globally recognized experts in microbiology, immunology and virology, as expert scientific witnesses. We will be also digging deep on what appears to be a witch hunt by the Olomouc prosecutor, his relationship to ANO, Babis, et al, and if necessary we will seek a US District Court order to put down what appears to be a bogus prosecution of a key scientific witness. We know that the Czech Security Information Service (BIS), in its annual reports, repeatedly draws attention to the "undue influence on the decision- making of public lobbyists" and the promotion of particular interests at the expense of the public interest. It also points to the areas that are mainly concerned: the creation of legislation or strategic documents in the areas of gambling, healthcare, transport, finance, energy….

This is not the first instance such has happened. We have two brave nurses that came forward with key evidence in UK and USA and they were both banned to practicing nursing for daring to speak the truth or provide evidence in a criminal case. Also, two doctors in UK and USA are also battling to keep their medical licenses for daring to utter the truth. We are aware of some medical doctors, nurses and public hygiene people in Czech Republic that are being instructed to do wrong, and that is thin ice for politicians making such orders.

The WHO and many more defendants are going to learn a harsh lesson soon on how powerful the truth is, and anyone playing along with this global scam. The truth is going to prevail, whether people as You are Mr. Prymula like that, or not.

As an epidemiologist, are you aware that SARS CoV-2, Type A origin is the USA from their GoF bioweapons research? Asia battled Type B and Europe Type C except for limited intermingling due to business and tourism travel. We have multiple ways of proving those facts in court. Every new pathogen started as Type A somewhere, and that somewhere was not Wuhan China.

As a doctor and epidemiologist, are you aware of why it is utterly impossible to develop a vaccine for the RNA coronavirus that causes the common cold, caused SARS CoV-1 in 2003 and MERS in 2009? There are currently approximately 36 or 37 mutation sub-varieties of the original SARS CoV-2 Type A that quickly mutated to Type B in Asia and Type C in Europe and have now created even more mutations.

There are no vaccines for any type of RNA coronavirus because they mutate too fast to pin them down for a real cure or prevention. Again, vaccines for coronaviruses, and the government promises of vaccines so people can get their lives back on track, is yet more fraud and more scam of the public. This WHO, Gates, GAVI, CEPI, Big Pharma money grab to vaccinate everyone on this planet is asinine and blatant greed that will be put into its place. Speaking of CEPI, we already know about the CEPI - Novavax deal at Bohumil. You need to really study up on why Novavax has never successfully completed a vaccine trial. All mentioned above are also named Defendants.

As an epidemiologist, do these official and seriously adjusted numbers from CDC say "pandemic" to you or is the real pandemic the "FLOOD THE ZONE" media and government propaganda lies and continued terrorizing of their citizens? Hype, hyperbole, innuendo and outright lies are not health facts and the people around the world are waking up to the magnitude of the COVID-19 scam and the damages it has done to their lives, health and futures.

Pay close attention to "If Infected", because if a person is not infected their chances of dying from COVID-19 are in same percentage range as getting hit by lightning or by an asteroid falling from the sky and hitting them in the head. Your continuation of masks mandates in any form, anywhere, for any excuse are utterly absurd and accomplishes exactly "0". Same applies to social distancing, lock downs or quarantine of healthy persons for any contrived excuse, or trying to force PCR tests or vaccines on anyone for any reasons if they choose "NO".

Fraud is not definitely a public health issue. Fraud is a criminal issue for the court investigation.

The CDC and federal and state health officials in the USA went overboard on PCR testing but that has also backfired in their face. This is just one example from many others.

Maybe you missed that under pressures from President Trump even the CDC is now admitting the truth. The year 2020 was #20 for the past 21 years on severity on all causes of excess deaths. What "pandemic" other than the improper and overuse of that word and governments and media hyping a non-event and engaged in bioterrorism against their own citizens?

The CDC already knows they are a named Defendant in the criminal racketeering / bioterrorism action I am filing. I am Lead Plaintiff altogether with symbolic 2,020 other US and non-US Plaintiffs.

Every one of you WHO Epidemiology Clowns are refusing to admit that Swine flu really did happen in 2019-2020. Just in Europe about 186,000 died due to Swine flu and even the fabricated and grossly exaggerated COVID-19 cases fall far short of that.

The map / statistical graphs page is very revealing even though Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic do not contribute data to that website. 186,000 dead due to Swine flu plus old age and comorbidity, minus the 6 EU nations that do not report the data.

The Swine flu season in USA and Canada took a lesser toll on life than in past years, hence why 2020 is #20 out of the past 21 years. If any of the past 21 years might have qualified for a pandemic alert is would have been 2018, as #1 of the past 21 years but no one drug out the "pandemic" fearmongering. But 2018 was not 2020 when they had planned for over 10 years to launch this scam on the entire world as part of their ID2020, UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 2030. All of that will end soon in a court of law.

Does your health ministry have the foggiest clue as to why what got hit first and hardest in Czech Republic and most other nations were nursing homes and assisted living centers where the elderly is regularly given flu vaccines under the pretense of protecting their health? Since most of those people are not ambulatory, shopaholics or party animals, how is it that an "airborne SARS CoV-2" only hit nursing homes and not the rest of the population?

We know the answer to that, and it is odd that health ministries keep overlooking facts staring them in the face. I trust, you know that ignorance of the law is not a legitimate defense when being held accountable for wrongdoing, and in this instance willful lies and willful wrongdoing which reach past civil matters to criminal matters.

I returned from a Canada business trip to Europe on January 30th, 2020 and have yet to see even 1 person sick with flu or SARS CoV-2. Even while in Europe I have been in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland and Prague. Only COVID-19 cases were in nursing homes, assisted living centers, after flu vaccines injected, and yet more evidence of criminal negligence and criminal activity by some parties.

We are also tracking the correlation between people that did not get flu vaccine and did not get COVID-19, versus how many were given flu vaccines and only got the flu anyway or would up a legitimate COVID-19 case with serology test, not the useless PCR test. The statistical trend lines are absolute that if a person wanted to avoid getting COVID-19 they merely had to pass or refuse the 2019-2020 Swine flu vaccines. That will also be a part of a criminal matter before the US District Court.

I trust, you are aware that major litigation is being pursued in Germany and that will spill over to Czech Republic because my team is going to assist that Germany lawsuit to the maximum. Unlike here in Czech Republic to date and has been requested on PS CZ by The Lightning Bolt.org for a Parliamentary Investigation into this COVID-19 scam, there has been a formal non-Parliamentary investigation by medical, scientific and legal experts in Germany and litigation is being prepared even as you read this against the Merkel government and her health ministers and institutions like Robert Koch Institute and others.

My deep understanding is, that the USA will make sure all nations pay up to their own citizens on the damages done, including in Czech Republic. It is called "accountability" Health Minister Prymula, and You are not for sure immune from truth or accountability.

All above mentioned do not even whisper a word “PANDEMIC”, and all your taken measures, announced neither by you or by your Predecessor Mr. Vojtech are based on my opinion draconic and completely unjustified gross violation of human rights not to mention the inherent economic damage you are inflicting with such stupid actions.
