Career Highlights About Coach Burno • In six seasons at Arizona State, helped guide the Sun Devils to two NCAA Playing Experience Tournament appearances, and three consective 20-win seasons. DePaul University, 1998-2002 Guard • Helped lead the Sun Devils to a 23-11 overall record in 2018-19 and Arizona 2001 NCAA Tournament Appearance State’s first NCAA Tournament victory since 2009 with a 74-65 win over St. 2000 NIT Appearance John’s in the First Four. 2001 C-USA All-Tournament Team • Arizona State finished second in the Pac-12 Conference in 2018-19 and third College in 2019-20, marking the first time in 10 years the Sun Devils finished in the top DePaul University, 2002 Bachelor of Arts, Communications three in consecutive seasons.

High School • Lead recruiter at Arizona State responsible for putting together three Top 25 St. Anthony’s, 1997 recruiting classes for the Sun Devils.

Hometown • In 2020, secured the commitment of five-star recruits Joshua Christopher and Jersey City, N.J. Marcus Badgley. Christopher and Badgley are ranked second and fourth on the team in scoring this season, respectively.

• Member of a Florida coaching staff that led the Gators to back-to-back regular season titles (2012-13 & 2013-14), and a SEC Tournament championship (2013-14).

• During his three-year tenure at Florida, the Gators made two NCAA Tournament appearances, advancing to the Elite Eight in 2013 and the Final Four in 2014.

• Tutored three Gator guards – Kenny Boynton, Mike Rosario and Scottie Wilbekin – to All-SEC honors.

• Mentored Scottie Wilbekin to SEC Player of the Year accolades in 2014, a first for a Florida guard.

• Assisted Steve Masiello to a 15-win turnaound at Manhattan College as the Jaspers posted a 21-13 mark in 2011-12. It was the 11th 20-win season in school history and led to an appearance in the CollegeInsider.com Tournament.

• Four-year letterwinner at DePaul, ranks third all-time in career steals with 201, and also third in steals in a season with 80 in 1999-2000.

• Led the Blue Demons in steals each year from 1999-2002.
