WMATA will provide written answers, by e-mail to all those who obtain the RFP and provide their e-mail addresses. If an amendment is issued resulting from questions and answers, it will be posted on our website. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2012, at the WMATA, Jackson Graham Building, Meeting Room, 600 Fifth Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001.
