All licences will be deposited at sign-on and may be collected from the Championship Co-ordinators at the conclusion of the event. ENGINES / NOISE POLLUTION: Engines must not be run at any time before 08.45hrs on Saturday and 09.45hrs on Sunday or after 19.00hrs on any of the days. NOISE CHECKING: Noise checking will be carried out by MSA Environmental Scrutineers at the entry to the Assembly Area. ENTRY ONTO/EXIT FROM THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS: Cars must be in the assembly area in the Support Race Paddock at the latest by the start of the session prior to their own session. Cars must be driven through the tunnel, please do so – observing the 10mph speed limit and will then be led onto the track at the bottom of Graham Hill Bend (though the emergency vehicle gate) behind each championships’ relevant course / safety cars to either the pit lane for qualifying or the grid for races. Cars in the garages will enter the circuit directly from the pit lane. Pit entrance is through Pit Garage 35 for support crews and equipment and crews exit via the gate at pit exit You are permitted to use your own quad/scooter and trolley to transport your equipment from the Support Race Paddock to the Pits and back again. You will not be permitted to bring cars or support vehicles through the tunnel with equipment. While BARC officials will do their best to ensure you are at the relevant place on time, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your car is through the tunnel prior to the Pit Lane opening for your track activity – please ensure that you leave your Paddock area with plenty of time to spare. PARC FERMÉ – SUPPORT RACES: Drivers are reminded that it is their responsibility to transfer all race vehicles to Parc Fermé, immediately after the chequered flag has been shown. Parc Fermé for support races is located in the outer paddock next to the assembly area however cars may be stopped in the pit lane prior to the presentations competitors are reminded that cars are under Parc Fermé conditions from the fall of the flag until released by Scrutineers. RACE SELECTION PROCEDURES: In events without a class structure the fastest 44 cars (38 racing a sports car over 2000cc or 32 racing a sports car up to 2000) may start in their respective events. For events with classes, reserves will be nominated by the organisers if the number of entries received exceeds this figure, and reserves will be called forward in strict order of nomination, should vacancies exist before the race grid is formed. It may not be possible to accommodate competitors arriving after the Assembly Area has been cleared. CIRCUIT ADDRESS: Brands Hatch Circuit, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NG CAMPING: Marshals may camp in the “Racing Green” field behind the Hotel at the main entrance but facilities only include some water standpipes. Other facilities are available in the paddock or The Kentagon – but there is no camping by these areas. “Marshals may drive to the facilities via the main gate." PARKING: For this meeting, general parking is in the triangle across the road from the paddock entrance. OBSERVERS BRIEFING: Observers briefing will take place in Hailwoods Restaurant at the above times on both days. All Observers must attend. POST ALLOCATIONS: Post personnel will be advised of their allocations at signing-on. Please do not ring the BARC office, as we cannot assign allocations until the day of the meeting. If your name does not appear on the allocations list, it is usually because the instructions were printed before we knew of your intention to volunteer for this meeting. Please sign on in the normal way.
