The Group has a property portfolio of more than 100 leading shopping centers, attracting 1.1 billion visitors each year and valued at €24.4 billion as of December 31, 2018. 1.1.1 Business environment The retail property market in which Klépierre operates is a highly fragmented one. In the countries where Klépierre has operations, 74% of the retail space (in GLA; Gross Leasable Area) is located on the high street, 21% in shopping centers and 5% in other property segments (retail parks, outlets). 3 RETAIL PROPERTY MARKET BY TYPE OF PROPERTY IN 2018(1) 21% In an environment where online sales represent 6% of overall retailer Malls sales(2) and keep growing, retailers are adjusting their strategy to deploy an omnichannel offer to adapt to consumers who want to seamlessly shop over the two segments (instore and online). So this research aims to know the influence of product diversity and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Miniso Manado. This study uses a quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data. This research derived and examined the model through ordinal regression model in a sample of 100 respondents who have already bought a product at Miniso Manado. The finding of this research shows that the product diversity and store atmosphere have no significant influence on customer satisfaction at Miniso Manado. Retailers should pay attention to other things such as price, the quality of product, and the service.

Avec 80% des équipements sur son territoire, le Département s'est mobilisé fortement pour construire un projet de candidature qui gagne et grâce à lui une Seine-Saint-Denis qui réussit. Avec le choix du CIO d'attribuer les JOP 2024 à Paris, le Département souhaite que ses acteurs, ses habitants et l’ensemble des forces vives du territoire puissent dès aujourd'hui participer activement à l'organi- sation de Paris 2024. Notre objectif est de laisser un héritage utile, durable et équilibré pour l’ensemble du territoire de la Seine-Saint-Denis et de ses habitants. La dynamique des Jeux doit être un accélérateur pour les projets d’équipements sportifs, de mobilités durables, de logement, mais aussi éducatifs, sociaux et culturels.     Novembre 2019 DOCUMENT DE TRAVAIL Numéro 7 LES POPULATIONS IMMIGREES DE SEINE-SAINT-DENIS L’immigration est l’ « installation dans un pays [ou ici un département] d’un individu ou d’un groupe d’individus originaires d’un autre pays »1. La Seine-Saint-Denis est, en 2015, le premier département d’accueil des populations immigrées en France2. La diversité d’origines des populations immigrées y est très forte. Ces constats font de la Seine-Saint-Denis un territoire privilégié pour l’étude des migrations. Ainsi, analyser l’immigration dans le département peut contribuer à saisir une part essentielle de son identité, loin de certaines représentations péjoratives parfois véhiculées. Le Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis s’attache de longue date à valoriser la diversité culturelle du territoire et son ouverture au monde. Il met en œuvre de multiples partenariats et coopérations à l’international. Il soutient les porteurs de projets du territoire. Il anime des actions d’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale pour les jeunes et des actions de sensibilisation aux questions internationales et du développement durable. Une précédente étude avait permis de traiter des populations étrangères en Seine-Saint-Denis. Elle se concluait notamment par l’intérêt de mieux appréhender la présence, sur le territoire départemental, des étrangers, au-delà même de la question du statut de résidence3. La présente étude doit permettre de mieux apprécier les enjeux et les besoins à prendre en compte dans la conduite des politiques départementales. Citons, à titre d’exemples, les enjeux relatifs à l’accès aux droits sociaux, à la prévention et à la lutte contre les discriminations, ou encore les points d’appui que peut constituer la diversité linguistique du territoire pour l’organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024.
